2 KL Silo MOTHER DAIRY TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Requirement in Preprocessing for new PET line Free supply by MDG, New instrument to be considered by the Bidders. 2. New 150 KL silo unloading header New 150 KL silo unloading header to be provided of size 101 mm. New silo should able to feed product to U3, U5, U6, Both PET line and 20 KLPH Heater. 3. Product feed line for new PET line sterilizer a) New forward line to be added in existing header to feed milk/cream/buttermilk/lassee/flavoured milk to the new PET line sterilizer. b) Product forward line should be suitable for the flow 8000 LPH. The line should be equipped with centrifugal pump of suitable capacity along with VFD, mass flow meter. Product forward line should able to feed product to the balance tank of sterilizer and connected to product recovery tank (Milk/Flavoured milk/buttermilk and Lassee). There should be provision for recovery of product of line to the respective recovery tank. Also provision for recovery of water to be provided while forwarding product to sterilizer. Forward line CIP provision to be given from centralized CIP station. 4. Sugar Mixing System Sugar mixing system 6 MT/Hour Sugar mixing system required of capacity 6 MT per hour. Sugar is to be dissolved either in hot water (70 to 80 degree) or chilled milk. It is to be connected with 20 KL flavoured milk concentrate tank and Sugar syrup preparation tank. 5. Sugar conveying system Sugar transfer system of capacity 9 MT/Hour- Project design, supply, installation and commissioning of Pneumatic sugar conveying system as per plant layout. It shall include emptying out of sugar bags, storage, weighing and feeding of sugar to two different sugar dissolving unit of 6 MT/hour and 3 MT/hour capacities. Currently 50 Kg sugar bags are being used. System should be designed such that in future bigger sugar bags (till 1000 Kg) may be used.

3 6. Heater for curd preparation A heater of capacity 20 KLPH connected with homogenizer (existing to be connected) required for continuous culturing for curd preparation. Milk at the temp 5 to 10 Degree will be supplied. This milk is to be homogenized (at approx 70 degree) and final out let of milk for culturing should be 43+/-2 degree. Facility required feed milk to heater from all 150 KL silo and 2 tanks of 60 KL of flavored milk storage. 7. Colour preparation tank Tank of 100 liters for preparation of colour. It should have provision of hot water, agitator and filter (100 mesh). 8. Stabilizer preparation system Stabilizer preparation system - Tank capacity should be Liters. Provision required for taking normal, hot (85 to 95 degree) and chilled water (5 degree) in the tank. Outlet line of this tank to be connected with existing stabilizer transfer line.
