Plot No. - 35, Near Indira Bridge, Ahmedabad - Gandhinagar Highway, Village: Bhat, Dist.: Gandhinagar. Pin No The offer should be sent in sealed cover super scribing on the top left hand corner offer for inquiry No. MDG/PUR/PKS/ENQ/panels dtd. 30/01/2015. Offer received after due date for whatsoever reason may be rejected. Your offer should be sent through Post/Courier/mail & not by Fax or personally. Offer should be valid for acceptance, for 45 days from due date of submission of offer. The price should be quoted on F.O.R basis inclusive of packing and forwarding, taxes, excise duties, freight etc. However if it is separate, it should be clearly mentioned in the quotation as per the attached annexure. It should cover a warranty of at least one-year against manufacturing defect from commissioning of the plant. Realistic earliest delivery period should be indicated. It is not binding on us to accept lowest offer. Right to reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason is reserved by us. Offer which are incomplete or not meeting the conditions or only for part items, are liable for rejections. No queries regarding the status of the offer will be entertained at any time. The final supplier will be the combined decision of our technical team and management and no reason of final selection will be conveyed to any bidder. Introduction MOTHER DAIRY Supplier requested to study all details and requirement related to project and quote for all the material/equipment listed under Schedule of requirement SITE ADDRESS: Packaging Film Plant, (A unit of Mother Dairy) Sector 25, GIDC, Opp: Madhur Dairy, Gandhinagar Phone: Fax: Contact Person: Mr. Urmil Sorathiya (Manager) Mobile No: Design Basis The design basis for proposed electrical system shall be as follows; Bus Bar Panel: Two Nos. of Copper Bus bar panels are also in the scope of supply, which shall be installed near Blown Film 7 & 8 Plant, in which the incoming Aluminum Cables are connected at one end and on other side of Bus Bar suitable rating flexible Copper cables are connected. The same shall be finally connected to the BFP-7 & BFP-8 panel incomer. A detailed scope of Supply along with required rating is enclosed with the enquiry. Suppliers are requested to quote for the same. Detailed Technical specification is given in the Technical Specification: section. All Aluminum Bus bars shall be designed based on current density of 0.8 A/mm 2 And Copper Bus bars shall be designed based on current density of 1.2 A/mm 2

Earthing of doors will be through 2.5-mm2 yellow-green wires. 2. All the indication lamp shall be LED type. AIR CIRCUIT BREAKERS These will be motor operated draw-out/non Draw out type suitable for 415 V, 50Hz supply. The ACB will have suitable built in solid state/ microprocessor based protective device with all accessories. Current rating, short circuit current, protection relays etc. will be provided. Mechanical interlock will be provided such that the ACB feeder cubical door can not be open when ACB is ON. All accessories such as 6 NO/6 NC auxiliary contact, safety shutter, door interlocking, locking in isolated position, racking interlock will be provided. The ACB shall be designed for fault level of 70 KA. MOULDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKERS MCCBs will be manual type provided with operating handle mechanism and door interlocking. The MCCBs will be with four pole construction arranged for simultaneous three pole manual closing or opening & automatic instantaneous tripping on short circuit. Closing mechanism will be quick make & quick break & trip free type & will give a clear indication ON, OFF & TRIP indication. Control voltage for MCCB will be 240 volts. Fault rating of MCCB will be minimum 35kA. SWITCH FUSE UNIT The load break switches shall be suitable for continuos maximum rating, air break type & shall have manual quick make/ break mechanism. Switch handle shall be provided with door interlocking mechanism. Also the defeat arrangement shall be provided to open the door in switch close position for testing purpose. Live terminals of switch shall be shrouded. Fuses shall be HRC link type One set of fuse puller also shall be provided.
