We will process your application, and if you are paying by Direct Debit we will send you a letter confirming your Direct Debit payment details. We will send you a letter to let you know when your account has transferred to us. Around the same time you will also receive your closing bill from your current suppliers. About a month later, we will issue your first bill. Note: As a dual fuel customer (i.e. electricity and gas), your electricity supply may transfer quicker than your gas supply. This will result in Airtricity billing you for only your electricity usage until we have appropriate gas meter readings for your account. Once both your electricity and gas applications have been transferred, you will receive one convenient Airtricity bill.
