2 Extrusion of technical profiles The techbex line concept is ideally suited for the extrusion of single-walled technical profiles and hollow profiles made from ABS, PS, PA, PC or PMMA, polyolefins and PVC pellets for the construction, furniture and automotive industry (e.g. edge bands and decorative profiles), frame mouldings for cooling and climatic engineering as well as sealing profiles made of soft-pvc or thermoplastic elastomers. 3 techbex extrusion lines the system in detail techbex extrusion lines have a compact design and offer excellent value for money as well as short delivery times, maintaining the familiar quality standards of battenfeld-cincinnati. Extruder and downstram equipment are standardized und optimally matched, which allows for their use not only as part of a complete line but also as flexible stand-alone production units. alpha single screw extruder for standard applications alpha extruders come in three sizes (45, 60, 75 mm): smooth and grooved processing units for output capacities from 7 to 300 kg/h are available. The alpha standard version includes basic equipment that can be complemented by optional equipment: Basic equipment: Relay control with Eurotherm 3216 controller 3x 400V / 230V + PE + N / 50 Hz AC-drive with remote control (15 m cable) Hour meter Warning light X6 - analog - interface (0-10 V) Options: CAN BUS interface or discrete synchronization interface UPS (uninterruptible power supply) Melt temperature sensor and pressure sensor External speed reduction Height adjustable rolls or pads
