7 Co-extruders The single screw co-extruders Tecnocanto are the most versatile small extruders on the market dueto their compact size and high performance. They are available in different sizes with different screw L/D ratioand several screw design according to the material to process and the end application. This user friendly design provides manual sets for up, down and side adjustment, and motorized forward and backward adjustment. The cooling tanks offer different lengths, with or without vacuum pump, and all have motorized adjustment for forward and backward movement. 13 Saws / Guillotines The cutting saws made by Tecnocanto offers short maintenance and very accurate cut due to its unique system of forward and backward movement. This movement is made with a servo-motor system that allows the cutting speed to be totally synchronized with the line speed. The rotating cutting blade is easily interchangeable depending on the type of plastic to cut. The guillotines Tecnocanto offers a specific system that uses a revolutionary way to cut plastic pipes, tubes, rods or profiles eliminating completely any inconvenience arising from creation of chips and dust material. The cutting blade cuts with very high speed and it can be heated or not, according to the type of plastic to cut. It preforms high accurate cutting length with line speed up to 10 cuts/sec. 17 Coilers (winders) Tecnocanto semi-automatic coilers are designed for precise coiling of pipes, hoses and profiles. The coiling arms can be adjusted for the desired inner diameter and width of the coil. The coil can be easily removed with the pneumatically powered collapse of the core segments and the outer segments folding down. They have AC winder motor, which can be regulated by a dancer control or torque force. The transversal distribution has mechanical (BPS models) or motorized (BT models) synchronization with the coil revolution and can the step can be manually adjusted. The concept consists in a flexible bag with a spout + tap and, usually placed within a cardboard box. This type of package is used for packaging liquids and pastes, such as wine, beer, water, milk, olive oil, vegetable oil, fruit juice, soft drink concentrates, among others.
