18 ALUMINUM LINES: HALU / HALU / HALU The Advantages of Enameling Aluminum Wires sizes <0.6mm, with an Openable Oven are remarkable. The main difficulties Aluminum fine wires are focused on the stringing up operation which are impossible at high Temperatures (>650 C). Our System allows the operator to string up the line without the oven. When the stringing up is finished, by pushing a simple button, the oven moves on the wire and the process starts immediately. Temperatures in the oven are guaranteed by a sealing system, are kept constant even when the oven is retracted, so that it is immediately ready to start when moved to the working position. Working with High temperatures and with aluminum wires, when the wire break, sticks on the hot chamber surface create big difficulties in the oven cleaning operation. OUR OVEN BEING OPENABLE, IT IS VERY EASY TO CLEAN.

22 Company presentation Newtech is a company incorporated in 2003, active in the field of wires insulation. Its partners and the majority of employees are coming from major firms in the same line of business. The present owners, when creating a new firm, were aiming to join the experience gained in their previous positions with a fresh start, featuring a lean structure supported by a strong network of information technology, a scientific approach to design and a strong will to succeed. In a short period of time, Newtech has developed a remarkable number of equipments for insulation of copper and aluminum conductors and a line of machines for the insulation of copper conductors with fiber glass. The after sales department is made of engineers with solid experience in machine commissioning and insulating technology, most of them coming from magnet wire plants. Our aim is to become a partner of our customer, building long term relationship based on prompt assistance when the need arise. Newtech philosophy is based on reliability of their products, constant development and customer care, the latter being a top priority.
