3 SIGMA 630 The SIGMA 630 is an electric workshop band saw machine for plastic pipes up to Ø 630 mm. The machine is supplied with a band saw, and two pipe fixing tables (on which we find the slot for fixing the pipes), one of them movable. The clamping system consists of a belt and a jack tightener. Thanks to its design, the operator can establish different cut inclination degrees up to a maximum of 67,5, thus having the required pipe sectors used to fabricate fittings (bends, wyes, tees and crosses) with the ALFA fittings machines. - Band saw machine with a standard blade and 1 spare blade. 4 SIGMA 1600 PRO SIGMA 1600 PRO Powered sliding rollers system (for the pipes) The SIGMA 1600 PRO is an electrohydraulic workshop band saw machine for plastic pipes up to Ø1600 mm. The SIGMA 1600 PRO was specially designed to perform easy cuts with a wide range of inclinations, therefore becoming the ideal tool to use with the ALFA fittings machines for the construction of special fittings (bends, wyes, tees and crosses), by joining pipe segments. Thanks to the PLC system, the operator can set in the exact cutting lengths and angles with the highest precision, these data being displayed during the entire operation, making it a lot easier for the operator. Certain angles, like 45, are automatically reached, which drastically reduces the setting time. A control device immediately stops the cutting operation, whenever the operator sets in a wrong inclination (angle), for which the blade risks to strike against the pipe housing bench. Composed of: - a pipe housing bench complete with powered sliding rollers; - a rotary hydraulic arm, with a universal pipe blocking that can easily clamp pipe bars as well as short pipe sectors (segments); - an arm with blade block band arc (belt type) with adjustable speed feed on recirculating ball guides, able to rotate on a rail system, in order to perform the various cut inclinations (angles); - a continuous control blade guide telescopic system, to reduce to the minimum the blade vibration, no matter which is the pipe diameter and/or thickness being cut; - a safety pilot cabin with guards for greater operator safety, where the control panel is placed; - an easy-use control panel, thanks to the simplified graphics display. The control panel has a pipe clamping pressure regulator, pipe/blade speed velocity regulators, and an inclination degree and movement reading display; - an auxiliary control panel placed at front, in order to deskill feed and clamping operations whenever pipe dimensions limit the operator visibility. - Band saw machine complete with an auxiliary bench to cut welded pipe sectors (segments) and support kit for the pipe sectors (to prevent them from being damaged). 6 S01 S01 Pneumatic workshop machine suitable for the construction of cross-over special fittings by means of thermo-forming segments of Polypropylene Random (PP-R) pipe. The S01 features: - a pneumatic cutter for cutting segments of pipe to size with a box for collecting the pieces; - a heating unit able to prepare up to 10 pipe segments, ranging from Ø 20 to Ø 32 mm; - a cooling unit with relative dies to set the curvature wanted. - Single station machine body complete with cutter, box for collecting the pieces, heater, cooler and a die for each diameter previewed (from Ø 20 to Ø 32 mm). 8 PIPE CUTTERS These are professional tools, essential for the manual cut of plastic pipes up to Ø 315 mm. The TC 108,T1,TU 75,TU 140,T3 and T4 pipe cutters are made with the very best alloys, and are very manageable and practical to use. The pipe cutters can be fitted with various special blades with appropriate cutting heights and penetration capacities to cut pipes of different materials. The TC 108 and T1 pipe cutters (with special blades) can cut Copper (Cu) and multilayer (PEx/Al,PPr/Al, etc.) pipes. 10 SHEARS These are professional tools, essential for the manual cut of plastic pipes, such as Polypropylene (PP) and Polypropylene Random (PP-R) up to PN 25, Polyethylene (PE), Polybutene /PB) and Polyvynyldifluoride (PVDF) up to Ø 75 mm. The C2 AC, CD and C3 AC shears are entirely made in steel. The CD shears feature a special device called Double Jack so that non-rigid pipes can also be cut. 11 BEVELERS These are professional tools for bevelling the ends of plastic pipes up to Ø 250 mm, that will be inserted into electrical couplers or plug-in joints. The SME 0, SME 1 and SME 2 bevelers are made in a special Aluminium alloy. The special shape of the blades and the non-stick coating (PTFE) of the walls, allow a quick and easy bevel of the pipe. 12 PIPE SCRAPERS RTC 160 & RTC 315 Pipe scrapers These professional tools, designed and patented by Ritmo, are essential to prepare the plastic pipes and fittings before electrofusion. The RTC 160 and RTC 315 pipe scrapers remove the oxidation layer caused by weather and ultraviolet rays. They are made with a special Aluminium alloy and are very practical and manageable. Among the main construction features there is a device that makes it possible to maintain the thickness of the continuous chip constant, even if the pipe is misshaped, and to adjust the amplitude of the surface to scrape according to the depth of the electrical coupler. Both models are composed of different adapters to cover all working diameters, a spare blade, a plastic transport case, a handwheel key, a screw driver for changing the blade, and a smaller cutter. 14 CLAMPS ALIGNER This professional tool is essential to hold pipes still and aligned during electrofusion (from Ø 20 to Ø 63 mm). The CLAMP ALIGNER is composed of snap-closing steel clamps and a jointed rod in a special Aluminium alloy. The centre joint permits fixed positions at 45 and 90. The use of this aligner helps weld simple pipes as gripping collars (bracket grips); if this type of fitting has 90 branches up to Ø 32 mm, and there is not much room for locking, a special, compact clamp is available (on request). This tool is composed of an aligner, quick connect adapters for the working range, a plastic transport case and a service screw driver. - Aligner complete with two clamps, a set of adapters from Ø 20 to Ø 50 mm (4 pcs./ø), service screw driver and plastic transport case. 15 UNIVERSAL ALIGNER This professional tool is essential to hold pipes still and aligned during electrofusion (from Ø 63 to Ø 160 mm). The UNIVERSAL ALIGNER is made almost entirely in a special Aluminium alloy and features a central joint for the fixed positions at 45 and 90, four self-centring clamps that require no adapters, and an additional axle complete with two clamps for welding the tees. 16 PIPE SUPPORT With this practical piece of equipment, the pipe can be locked to let the operator carry out quickly and with precision all operations previous to the welding cycle, like cutting, pickling, scraping, etc. This support s particular structure helps reach several inclination angles and heights, in order to better adapt to the requirements of the building site. 17 ROLLERS This device is essential for supporting the pipes while they are being welded with the DELTA machines. The rollers minimise pipe friction and drag force no matter which is the construction site condition. This series features three different models: LIGHTWEIGHT ROLLER UNIT which can sustain pipes up to Ø 315 mm. Its particular structure allows the operator to adjust the height, and makes it easier to put it/remove it from under the pipe; 560 ROLLER UNIT which can sustain pipes up to Ø 560 mm. With the help of the hydraulic jacks, this roller can be adjusted in height, and since the structure is divided in two parts, its width can also be adjusted; 1600 ROLLER UNIT with a working range up to Ø 1600 mm and a structure/features similar to the 560 version.
