Utilizing the same displacement type cutter wheel technology, the patented design noe enables larger diameter pipe to be cut to length. The 28XL also incoporates the RIDGID 00 Power Drive to rotate the general purpose cutter wheel. Now one person can easily cut 2 schedule 40 pipe in minutes.
