2 Davis-Standard s Mark extruder is built for all applications and value engineered to meet demanding requirements. The Mark is available with a wide range of feedscrews and control systems, and in sizes ranging from 2 inch to 3 1/2 inch (50mm to 90mm) with L/Ds ranging from 24:1 to 30:1. This high-output extruder features many advantages such as two-bolt pivot designed motor mounting, an inverted L-style panel, and a three-phase blower system to provide processors with a value-added extruder that delivers on price and performance.

Technology Center SCREWS FOR EVERY APPLICATION Screw sizes range from 3/4 inch (20mm) to 12 inches (305mm) for single screw, 40mm to 140mm for counter-rotating twin screw, and 32mm to 130mm for co-rotating fully intermeshing twin screw extruders. Screws, including smooth and groove feed designs, can be customized for specific applications.
