3 Planetary Geardrives Omni Gear manufactures planetary drives for a variety of agricultural, mobile off-highway, and industrial equipment. Planetary gearboxes are designed for wheel, track, shaft, and spindle output applications. Custom Manufacturing Non-Geared Assemblies Omni Gear manufatures spur, helical, worm, straight and spiral bevel open gearing to meet customer s specified international gear quality levels such as AGMA, ISO, DIN, and JIS forms.

4 Irrigation Powertrain Omni Gear builds complete drivetrains for center pivot, linear movement, and hose reel irrigation systems. These drivetrains utilize planetary, bevel, helical and worm gearing. Power inputs for these systems are either electric (AC or DC) or hydraulic. Right Angle Gearheads Omni Gear spiral bevel units are coupled to diesel, natural gas, and gasoline powered engines to power vertical turbine pumps. The typical geardrive operates at rpm and has a maximum down thrust of 19,000 lbs. These gearheads are used to pump irrigation water around the world.

5 Implement Geardrives Omni Gear builds a wide variety of special purpose gearboxes used on tractor and skid-steer loader powered equipment. All gear forms are used throughout this product range. Rotary Cutter Geardrives Omni Gear manufactures a complete range of geardrives for rotary cutters, rotary shreaders, tree cutters, and finishing mowers. These geardrives utilize machine cut and precision forged straight bevel and spiral bevel gearing.

6 Bevel Geardrives Omni Gear produces bevel gear units which range in size from 8 lb. to 330 lb. (4 kg. to 150 kg.) finished weight. Choices of gearing include both straight and spiral bevel forms. Options include electric and hydraulic flanges, male or female shafts and swing or swivel configurations. Worm Geardrives Omni Gear builds worm gear units that range in size from 1.33 inch (40 mm) center distance to 6.1 inch (155 mm) center distance. Hydraulic and electric motor flange inputs as well as shaft inputs are available.
