Offered in a wide range of input gear, ratio, output, and shifter options, these all cast iron PTO s include large 12mm flange bolts, which make for a very sturdy and durable pump mount, supporting some of the larger pumps in the market. Both of these models are also available in a deep mount 1010 and 2010 series. All Bezares PTO s are built with the highest quality bearings and sealing components available. The 1200 series is a specialty PTO for the Mercedes G56 transmission. This lightweight, aluminum housing PTO comes in a very compact design and is available with two output and many ratio and shift options SERIES 2000 SERIES 3000 SERIES The 3000 series PTO is designed for the Allison AT/MT/HT model transmissions. This PTO has a low profile housing for easier mounting and is available with various outputs, ratios as well as either electric over hydraulic or air shift options. 3100/3150/3250 SERIES 3100 and 3250 series are 10 bolt hotshift PTO s for the Allison World Series transmissions as well as the new Caterpillar CX series. These PTO s have seven ratio options, a wide variety of outputs, and either electric over hydraulic or air shift options. The 3250 series is a low profile version of the 3100 for tight mounting spaces on certain truck chassis. The 3150 is the constant mesh option of this series SERIES 3100 SERIES 3150 SERIES 3900/3920 SERIES 3200 SERIES This versatile 6 bolt hotshift PTO is designed for the 1000/2000 Allison transmission family, Aisin automatics and a wide range of manual transmissions. The 3200 series is offered with multiple ratios and outputs, as well as electric over hydraulic and air shift options. Our 3900 and 3920 series PTO s have been designed for the Ford F- Series Torqueshift transmissions. Both PTO s have both a direct as well as a remote mount output option SERIES SERIES

3 talogo_usa_maquetación 1 31/01/ :14 Página 3 POWER TAKE OFF S 4000 SERIES One of Bezares most popular products, the 4000 series PTO is a very compact, heavy duty, high torque, eight bolt PTO that was design at an economical price. It has a wide variety of ratio and output options as well as an integrated air shift cover for extra durability SERIES The 4100 PTO is also a heavy duty PTO with a 475 ft./lb. torque rating. It features a very compact and lightweight design, while still covering high torque demands. This model has been proven in the blower market and will fill 90% of all applications where the competition needs a much larger and more expensive PTO. We feel that the 4100 is the best PTO pound for pound in the market today SERIES 4200 SERIES The 4200 series PTO is a market exclusive dual output eight bolt heavy duty PTO. This unit has two independently air operated outputs, with a variety of ratio and output combinations. This PTO is very versatile for many applications where two PTO s are needed and only one opening is available SERIES The 8000 series PTO is a heavy-duty one speed forward and reverse PTO with a 500 ft./ lb torque rating for winch applications. This model is the only heavy-duty forward and reversible PTO with factory air shift in the market, which eliminates the need for expensive aftermarket air shift conversion kits. The 6000 series PTO is a six bolt reversible PTO primarily used in mechanical winch applications. This PTO has factory air shift with a 1.25 round keyed shaft output. A wide variety of input gears are available, making it applicable for most manual transmissions SERIES Our 8500 series PTO is a super heavy duty unit with a variety of output and ratio options to cover almost any application in the market. Compared to similar competitive models, our unit has advantages in both weight and cost. This is the perfect PTO for maximum torque and horsepower applications. 3

Geared Adapters You can clear mounting obstacles or switch PTO output rotation with Bezares six bolt geared adapters. Offered in a 45 degree angle or straight option, these can be used with any spur cut input gear that Bezares has available. A 22 degree offset adapter is available as well, which has more flexibility for some helical cut gears. 5

6 talogo_usa_maquetación 1 31/01/ :15 Página 6 VALVES The valve is an air operated dual pressure tipping valve with two independent operating pressures. This valve is a perfect fit for a walking floor and dump combination, at a fraction of the cost of other options The is a two position, two selector valve that offers a simple means of directing oil flow into two separate hydraulic circuits. It is air operated with an open center in neutral position. SPLIT SHAFT to The Model Split Shaft PTO is designed to provide up to two 6 bolt PTO mounting apertures for light to medium duty vehicles that may not have the PTO option or are limited to one opening. This split shaft may also offer the ability to pull more torque and horsepower than a transmission mounted PTO may be capable of providing. A wide range of Bezares PTO s can be installed on the openings with the full range of PTO options. The PTO s and Split shaft have the options of being shifted pneumatically - mechanically or hydraulically. The Split shaft PTO mounts in the main driveline behind the transmission or behind any driveline output providing input speeds based upon the input shaft speed. The models to Series Split Shaft PTO s are designed to provide mounting flanges for either hydraulic pumps or drive line flanges oriented to the front and rear of a truck chassis. This light duty Split Shaft is capable of both stationary and road mode operation with a maximum of 885 lb. ft. torque capability transmitted through the main throughput shaft. Main Drive line input/output is made via 1410 companion flange with maximum PTO pump or drive shaft output of 50 HP continuous 6

Our tanks are available in aluminum, steel, and poly ranging in capacities from 7 to 100 gallons. Styles include upright mount, saddle mount, and square side mount, with special order options of sight gauge and two inch ports as well as stainless steel strap options. Ranging from dump pumps, piston pumps, vane pumps, and beyond, a wide variety of porting, flange and shaft options are available. Bezares offers the full range of high quality dump pumps, in stock at all times, and for same day shipping in most cases. Ranging from the smaller G series to our full size PP series, with options of manual or air shift, as well as direct mount SAE B 4 bolt or twin shafted remote mount with support bracket. BEA SF Gear pump, birotational capability, with internal drainage. Aluminum body is lighter than cast pumps and permits operation at higher pressures with a low level of noise. SAE A 2 bolt flange. Gemini SERIES The Gemini pump offers an all in one pump for end dump and live floor combo applications with a built in dual pressure relief valve set at 2500/3200 PSI as well as factory air shift. Available with SAE B 4 bolt or twin shafted remote mount. P 2100 SERIES These pumps are a dowelled, cast iron, roller bearing design for the roughest applications, while offering a light- weight and compact pump. These pumps are offered in four mounting configurations and flows ranging from 3-39 GPM and pressure ratings up to 3000 PSI with JIC and NPT porting. P5151 SERIES These pumps are designed to be bi-rotational to fit a wide variety of applications, allowing for lower inventory cost while still offering a variety of porting and mounting options. These pumps offer flows ranging from 9-50 GPM and pressure ratings up to 3000 PSI. Dump Pumps We offer the full range of high quality dump pumps in stock at all times for same day shipping in most cases. 9 talogo_usa_maquetación 1 31/01/ :16 Página 9 VANE PUMPS AND MOTORS TDZ Vane pumps are supplied in a wide range of flows, from 0.18 cu in/rev in single pumps to 23.3 cu in/rev in double pumps and up to 32.2 cu in/rev in triple pumps. They are all characterized by their small size in relation to: power supplied, excellent performance, silent operation, flexibility in oil input and output positions, and low-cost maintenance. Low-cost maintenance is determined by their construction, i.e. with a replaceable cartridge pumping element. This cartridge contains all parts subject to wear and can be replaced in a few minutes without having to dismount the pump body from the motor, transmission element or circuit hoses. In addition, its hydraulically balanced design reduces wear and eliminates the load on the bearings. The possibility of placing oil outputs in different positions in relation to the input adds great flexibility and ease in installation. Bezares manufactures two complete TDZ model ranges, based on the Vickers and Denison designs. The complete units and parts are 100% interchangeable with said makes. There are two different ranges for both designs, depending on pump application, single, double or triple pump, i.e. industrial - characterized by their low noise level, and for mobile application, supporting higher rotation speeds, with shaft versions more resistant to torque and reinforced water-tightness. TDZ Vane motors are made in ranges from 1.46 cu in/rev. to 7.32 cu in/rev. In addition to the standard Denison-type models, other specific models are available for the farming sector, such as tree-shaking applications, among others. 9

10 talogo_usa_maquetación 1 31/01/ :16 Página 10 CETOP VALVES AND MANIFOLDS Bezares supplies TDZ valves in a full electro valve program, pilot-operated tipping valves as well as valves for flow and pressure control in a modular or sandwich format. The assembly system with stackable valves allows unlimited circuits to be created, reducing space requirements besides saving time in mounting costly hose installations. TDZ valves are made according to the CETOP standard. We have a large stock for immediate delivery in the following sizes: CETOP 3, 5, 7 and 8 (TN-6, 10, 16 and 25). CETOP 10 size valves (TN-32) are also available on request. The TDZ valve program enables working at pressures of up to 5,000 psi and flow rates of up to 290 gpm, making it the ideal range for use in heavy duty applications such as industrial or marine. 10
