Function package "HT 1" The requirements for the quality of formed components are extremely high, especially in the automotive industry: complex designs, mechanical safety requirements, visible parts with high quality surfaces and large formed components with a long flow path. Using cascade technology optimizes the filling process by sequential mold filling, achieving high quality surfaces and preventing seams at visual and mechanical joint lines. The fact that the core puller is on the side means that larger tools are usually required for processing PVC. A wider machine housing fitted with a tie retraction greatly facilitates access to the tool. A special screw design prevents the melt from being exposed to excessive friction and thereby ensures that the treatment process is ideally suited to the material.
