1 Heavy-duty clamps, W5 The heavy-duty clamps have rolled-up band edges. They are used in many applications such as sealing thick-walled reinforced hoses used for irrigation, drainage, sludge pumping etc. The hexagonal head design allows tightening with an ordinary spanner or socket wrench. The heavy-duty clamp comes with three (3) welding points for increased security for larger sizes. Please note that over 40 mm diameter we only use M8 bolts or larger for safe installations (standard clamp). Heavy-duty clamps used in many applications where high pressure and tightening are important. The steel is zinc bluechromated. Dimensions the same as for W5. T A Standard : All parts are made of high grade carbon steel and are individually electro zinc plated before assembly. Acid resistant W5: All parts are made of SS 2343/AISI 316. 4 Perforated band Standard: 5 and 8 mm NF E ,, W2B The SX8 hose clamps with a perforated band have a variety of applications and offer a wide clamping range. They are to norm NF E and certified by AFNOR. The perforated band makes them flexible and compensates for the tolerances in the thickness of the hose. The screw is slotted in order to grip with its threading perfectly perpendicular into the perforation to avoid rapping over. These clamps have a band width of 14 mm, and during the production process material, screw and surface treatment are strictly controlled. Housings and bands are delivered separately to facilitate the stocking and the assembly. Easy to assemble thanks to the attachment system which allows the band to attach to the base of the housing. Our clamps assure a completely concentric and powerful tightening. The ME 12 mm hose clamps are delivered round, preassembled. The small size of the housing makes it possible to adapt them precisely to the perimeter of the clamp. Band, screw and housing are in stainless steel W4 material. 6 Maxi The Maxi is an instant solution clamp for hoses with large diameters. Available with a solid band as well as a perforated band. The solid band is completely smooth to give the ideal surface contact to the hose. Band width 9 mm. Maxi 1/W2B : Perforated band in AISI 430.
