It cossts of a coductor loop wth supply ad retur cable. The le cable s supported by the MOVITRANS profle system TIS whe U-shaped pck-ups are used for eergy trasfer. The MOVITRANS compesato box TCS s used for compesatg the ductve reactace of the le cable. Each compesato box compesates a partcular track secto. The MOVITRANS coecto dstrbutor TVS coects dvdual track sectos or the power supply cable to the track. The MOVITRANS power supply cable TLS s used 60 A systems for coectg the trasformer module to the trasmsso le as well as for coectg several trasmsso les Moble compoets ck-up THM [4] Eergy s trasferred wthout cotacts from the le cable to the MOVITRANS trasformer module TM va the MOVITRANS pck-ups THM. Dfferet mechacal desgs ad electrcal performace ratgs are avalable for the dfferet trasmsso cocepts. The moble coverters must match the pck-ups. The power that ca be trasmtted per pck-up depeds o the sze of the le cable curret ad the electromagetc coecto betwee the le cable ad pck-up. Moble coverter TM [5] The MOVITRANS moble coverter TM coverts the curret mpressed from the trasformer ut to DC voltage. The system s optmzed for use of verters from SEW-EURODRIVE such as MOVIDRIVE, MOVITRAC 07 ad MOVIMOT. System Descrpto MOVITRANS 7

The goal of the measuremets was to check that the systems compled wth the permtted values. Subject of the aalyss were topologes wth THM10E flat pck-up ad THM10C U-shaped pck-up Topology for THM10E flat pck-up Stadards ad The stadards ad gudeles force are: gudeles BGV B11 06/2001 (VBG 25) DIN VDE 0848 part 1 08/2000 ICNIR 1998 IEEE Std. C95.1, Edto 1999 Feld of applcato Systems comprsg a statoary coverter (TS...), trasformer module (TAS...), trasmsso les (TLS...), a pck-up (THM), moble coverter (TM) ad moble cosumers were checked. The followg trasmsso le desgs were tested: Roud cable for floor routg Dstace betwee le cables = 140 mm For measuremet ad evaluato of the permtted lmt values (magetc medum-frequecy felds at 25 k susodal curret), the roud le cable was operated wth 85 A. Iteratoal ad professoal assocato lmt values The measured values were compared wth the values permtted accordg to BGV B11 (06/01). The comparso showed that the measured values (200 mm dstace to le cable) were sgfcatly below the permtted values. The permtted values based o ICNIR were adhered to at a dstace of 0.3 m from the le cables. For the U.S. market, the measured values were sgfcatly below the permtted values of the "IEEE Stadard C95.1 Edto 1999" the systems tested. Ay rsk to health ca be ruled out.
