A majr emphasis fr UQM is develping prpulsin systems fr electric, hybrid electric, plugin hybrid electric and fuel cell electric vehicles. UQM is TS and ISO certified and lcated in Lngmnt, Clrad. EASTLAKE NEW ENERGY Lcated in Wuhan, Eastlake New Energy (Grup) was set up by the Eastlake Industrial Investment Management in September Relatinship with ITL: ITL is part f Eastlake New Energy (Grup) and acts n requests frm Eastlake s tp management t surce cmpnents fr their manufacturing and sales divisins. ITL was frmed 4 years ag in anticipatin f the EV market grwth in China. ITL s primary bjective is t search fr and cnnect freign suppliers with Eastlake New Energy (Grup) t gain an advantage ver the ther OEM s using Chinese cmpnents. ITL is able t wrk independently f Eastlake s wn manufacturing t gain advanced cmpnents and technlgy fr varius OEM s. Eastlake engages in the R&D, manufacture and sale f new energy vehicles. Its prducts include pure EV buses, airprt shuttle bus, pure electric SUV, autparts. It ffers turnkey slutins frm the manufacture f buses, t prviding financial supprt, and charging statin cnstructin services t its custmers. Eastlake plans t increase Yixing s prductin capacity by 20,000 in 3 years (5,000 buses in 2016 and 2017, and 10,000 in 2018). Yangtse Bus Established in 1929 as a maintenance and repair center fr Wuhan buses, and was renamed Dngfeng Yangtse (after Dngfeng acquired a 20% stake fr RMB7m) in Dngfeng put their 20% stake fr sale in 2014 because Yangste bus was lss making (2012 Rev: RMB688m; 2012 Net lss: RMB46m), Yangtse bus issued additinal capital and Eastlake acquired cntrl f the cmpany.

3 Manufacturing area cvers 140,000 sq. m in Wuhan, Hubei Prvince, with an annual prductin capacity f 10,000 buses. Prduct prtfli: 6m-18m diesel, LNG, CNG, hybrid EV, pure EV buses It is the largest electric bus cmpany in Wuhan; they currently have 16 pure electric and 505 hybrid buses n the rad in Wuhan. Speka Was a state-wned until acquired by Eastlake in 2013 Offers bulk pwder tank trucks, bulk cement trucks, trailers, dump trucks, flatbed vans, cement mixers, sanitatin trucks, tankers, ilfield specialty vehicles. Plant is based in Wuhan.
