PETROLEUM PRODUCTS FEBRUARY - 19 Output of refined petro1eun products in Canada during February, 1951 totalled 7,199,016 barrels compared with 6,701,314 barrels in February, The total for the month under review included 3,167,729 barrels of motor gasoline, 12,572 barrels of aviation gasoline, 1443,152 barrels of heavy fuel oil (Nos. 4, 5 and 6), 32,433 barrels of diesel fuel, 1,315,884 barrels of light fuel oil (Nos. 2 and 3), 710,489 barrels of stove oil (No. 1 fuel oil), 736 barrels of tractor fuel, 64,095 barrels of naphtha specialties, and 477,750 barrels of other refinery products such as lubricating oils, asphalt, coke, liquefied petroleum gases, etc. Refineries in Canada used 8,300,702 barrels of crude oil during FEbruary, 1951 compared with 7,451,870 barrels in February, Receipts of crude cii during the current month totalled 7,918,623 barrels including 5,630,794 barrels of imported oil and 2,287,829 barrels from Canadian sources of supply. nventories of crude at the end of the month amounted to 3,526,344 barrels compared with 3,694,022 barrels on the corresponding date of last year. The consumption of liquid petroleum fuels in Canada, as computed from refinery shipments and from imports, exports and changes in marketing inventories of refiners, wholesalers and major consumers, was as follows in February, 1951, all figures being in barrels of 35 mperial gallons: Naphtha specialties, 73,875; aviation gasoline, 72,513; motor gasoline, 2,931,329; tractor fuel, 1,577; kerosene, 79,681; stove oil (No. 1 fuel oil), 1,099,211; diesel fuel, 494,610; light fuel oil (Nos. 2 and 3), 2,493,911; and heavy fuel oil (Nos. 4, 5 and 6), 2,144,190.
