9 Series Moulded Case Circuit Breaker MM1 Application Moulded Case Circuit Breakers MMl series (hereinafter called as MMl MCCB), is a new designed MCCB.developed and manufactured adopting international advanced technology. MMl MCCB rated insulating voltage AC 800V is suitable for using in the circuit of AC Hz/60Hz, rated voltage up to 690V, rated working current up to 60A to distribute electric power and to protect the line and the equipment from being damaged due to overload, short current and undervoltage. It can also be used for infrequently switching and starting of motor and for motor overload, short circuit and undervoltage protections. MMl MCCB with the advantages of the small volume, high breaking capacity, short overarcing(some of specification is zero arcing), strong antivibration and so on. In accordance with the ultimate short circuit breaking capacity classified into four types:type С (basic), Type L (standard), Type M (middle), Type H (high). MMl MCCB comply with the following standards: IEC 9471 and GB/T General IEC 9472 and GB Low voltage breakers IEC 9474 and GB Contactors and motor starters ф IEC and GB Electrical equipment of electromechanical control circuit Working Condition Not over altitude 2000m. It has the advantages of compacting structure, small volume, international high breaking capacity.the inner device is moulding installed, adopt the terminal protective cover to keep safe and the different colours of the basic board and coverring board to increase the beauty. MM MCCB is applicable circuit of AC Hz(or 60Hz),rated insulition voltage 660V,rated operating voltage up to 25()V(DC).The rated operating current 12.5A800A,For distribute energy of elecricity and infrequent making and breaking circuit, and infrequent starting of motor (rated operating current up to 0A) at normal condition with the function of the protection against overload and shortcircuit and undervoltage. MM MCCB comply with standard of IEC 9472,GB148.2,GB and so on. Working Conditions MM MCCB can be reliably operated under the following conditions. The altitude not exceeding 2000m. The ambient temperature is from + C to 5 C. Ambient enviroment free from explosive danger and air or dust which may cause corrosion of metal or weakness of insulation. Internal Auxiliary Device Shunt release AC 220V, 80V Hz Ps: VA(I m :125A0A) (Ac): 1VA(I nm :60A 12A) DC 110V, 220V Ps: 120W(I nm :125A0A) (Ac): 1W(I nm :60A 12A) It make use of quite a distance to control OFF of MCCB The shunt release will provide a satisfactory break when it's Voltage is between 70%l 10% of rated control voltage. It's with a micros which avoid burn out coil. Undervoltage release AC 220V, 80V Hz DC 110V, 220V Ps: 6VA(I nm :125A0A) (Ac): 10VA(I nm :60A 12A) Ps: W(I nm :125A~0A) (Ac): 4W(I :60A ~ 12A) When voltage of circuit is fall down to certain degree,the undervoltage release move core will trip to induce OFF of MCCB.The undervoltaged release will satisfactory operation when it's voltage is between 70%5% of rated operational voltage. Alarm contact The alarm contact has no action when the MCCB is in normal condition of open or close, it changes it's original position only after MCCB free tripping(an accidental breaking)i.e. from normal open to close and normal close to open. After reser of MCCB the alarm contact returns to it's original position.mark of alarm contact the Same as Auxiliary contact. Auxiliary contact Auxiliary contact are change contact its along with breaker ONOFF then ONOF(a contact) or OFFON(b contact). Auxiliary contact have:one normal open.one normal close, two normal open.two normal close. Terminals of Auxiliary contact take two place to marked:individual place show feature, ten place show sequence. Mark of one set Auxiliary contact 11, 12 show normal close, 1, 14 show normal open. 20 ммз Series Moulded Case Circuit Breaker External Accessories Intelligent modularzation Rotation Handle Operated Mechanism The rotation handle operated mechanism used in MM series MCCB, meet the requirements of drawer chambers, distributor panel and power supply boxes of set switchgear, It can ensures the safety of equipment when the MCCB are close.i.e it with panels door lacked, unlocking is two condition rotation handle in "OFF" or "Reset". When at urgent condition it's necessary to open the panel door with handle in "ON" Position, may turn the Red release button in Rotation handle pedestal side. Motor Control Mechanism This control mechanism is used for automatically making or breaking the MCCB in long distance. The motor control mechanism can be divided into two groups:cdm(electromagnet driving)and CD(motor driving),which is applicable for MCCB.The type, construction, overall and mounting dimensions show as Fig 4 and Fig. 15. The MCCB is used for distribution й^ Y type circuit breaker of case rated current 0A and below can be used for protecting motor and nonfrequent changing over and starting of the motors. MM4 series MCCB can fix voltage trip.shunt trip auxiliary contact, alarm contact, motor operator and manual operating handle.the application as followings. And check the insulation resistance of circuit breaker with 0V Megohmmeter the ambient temperature 2ГУС ± 5"C and relative humidity % 70% > 20MQ. When install the circuit breaker, the circuit breaker shall be on the vertical level and fixed with M10 screw, it shall have reliable protect earthing when installation. By then press the "1" pushbutton or power on with the release energy electromagnet, they will make the circuit breaker reliable close, power""operated store energy operation mechanism will auto store energy again. г after closing the circuit breaker.please list out details for the auxiliary mode,shunt tripper,"0" push button on the panel or iutellect type tripper's tripping test.all circuie breaker shall be suitched off.
