Always wear safety glasses when in vicinity f this unit. Never perate abve 100 p.s.i. (8 BAR) pressure. Always turn ff yur air line supply at the drp befre discnnecting the air line. 4

External filters cllect lighter particles and resist clgging. 55-galln drum cllects heavier waste (apprximately 95% f all pickup); light particles cllect in large external filters. 1/4 (6mm) jets installed. 3/16 (5mm) jets and 7/32 (5.5mm) jets are included. General Specificatins The Quad Air External Filter Jumb Vacuum is a heavy duty wet/dry industrial vacuum. It will pick up wet and dry waste simultaneusly withut the need t change any filters. This cmpressed air vacuum has n mving parts and tremendus suctin fr a prtable unit. It cmes with a 55-galln rlled tp steel drum (Trnad part number 95944) fr vlume pick-up with maximum efficiency. Virtually all dry and liquid recvered prducts g int the drum, therefre maintaining peak perfrmance. It handles a wide variety f waste, ranging frm fine pwders t heavy-grade viscsity prducts. 6 ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT 1. Remve all cmpnents frm packaging 2. The venturi pwerheads cme already attached t the Jumb cver adaptrs. T detach, remve the external filters frm the venturi pwerheads, then turn pwerheads cunterclckwise and they will unlck frm the Jumb cver adaptr. When attached, Make sure exhaust nzzles face utward. 3. Install external filter supprt rds by placing them in access hles lcated in the Jumb cver. 4. Attach external filters by attaching t filter supprt rds and installing inlet cllars nt exhaust nzzles. Turn cllars clckwise t lck. D nt twist filter. 5. Install hse adaptr int Jumb husing. Lck in place by lining up adaptr indent with lck screw and tightening lck screw. 6. Place Jumb cver assembly nt drum. The weight and suctin pwer f the Jumb cver assembly will frm a seal nt the drum STARTING/STOPPING OF MACHINE MAINTENANCE EXTERNAL FILTER Fr maximum perating efficiency and t ensure lnger wear, remve filters and empty by detaching the bttm clamp after every use ALL OTHER MAINTENANCE Empty and clean vacuum filters and attachments after each days use fr maximum perfrmance 1. Cnnect air supply line t head line cnnectr. 2. Start Vacuum by turning air valve lcated n line cnnectr t the ON psitin. 3. Stp vacuum by turning air valve lcated n line cnnectr t the OFF psitin. OPERATING RULES Use 1.5 r 2 I.D. hses and attachments Use 1 air line hse and flw thru cnnectrs (d nt use ball style fittings). Use 90 p.s.i. (7 BAR) at gauge (valve pen) fr maximum pickup pwer, 60 p.s.i. (5 BAR) at gauge (valve pen) fr lighter debris Never perate ver 100 p.s.i. (8 BAR). Use t recver water, heavy ils, pwder, gringings, and metal shavings. Hearing prtectin must be wrn when perating this unit. Grunding and static discharge are requited when recvering pwders.
