The PALAIS DES CONGRES (Convention centre) furthermore reserves the right to have any items left by the exhibitors at the end of the event removed and transported to a dump. Storage Storage of your packing material is neither provided nor permitted. Please arrange for packing material to be removed at stand set-up and delivered at dismantling. Handling Manual carriages and a trolley will be at the exhibitors disposal for free. 6

7 Stand security We recommend that the stand is not left unattended during the assembly and dismantling of the installations. Any items of value should be locked away. Stands builders (Construction of stands) The maximum authorized load on the floor is 500 kg per m². The maximum height is dependent on the location of the exhibit but should not in any case exceed 2.5m. If you intend your stand to be over 2.5m in height, you will need to submit a plan and certification of all the materials to be used so that authorisation can be obtained from the Convention Centre. Cleaning of the stands The general cleaning of the trade fair aisles and equipped stands installed by Strasbourg-Evénements (carpet vacuuming) will be carried out every morning by the PALAIS DES CONGRES. (Convention centre)the cleaning of customised stands should be ordered separately. Insurance The organiser shall take out overall fire and third-party insurance for the exhibition. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to take out their own additional insurance that they judge necessary. Neither the organiser nor Strasbourg Evénements can be held responsible for any thefts or damage to the personal belongings of the exhibitors during visiting hours or during the installation and dismantling of the stands. Safety regulations The exhibitors are obliged to strictly comply with the provisions of the safety regulations and any regulations specific to the event. Parking After unloading their equipment, the exhibitors are asked to park in the car park (free) in front of the PALAIS DES CONGRES(Convention centre). Parking in the technical grounds of the PALAIS DES CONGRES (Convention centre) is strictly prohibited, except during unloading. 7

EQUIPPED STAND DESCRIPTION Available size : 6m² (L 2m x D 3m) / 9m² (L3m x D 3m) / 12m² (Lx D 3m) (stand may differ from photo of 9m²) Fastenings Use authorised fastenings: bead chains and small S hooks. We hereby remind you that it is PROHIBITED to nail, screw and stick things onto the partitions, boards and columns. Adhesives and double-sided tape should be removed during dismantling by the exhibitor. ANY EQUIPMENT THAT IS DAMAGED SHALL BE CHARGED TO THE EXHIBITOR. Important : You are prohibited from partitioning the open angle of a stand. It is strictly forbidden to carry out any work that affects the flues and electrical and telephone circuits, or involves any drilling, anchoring or sealing, the removal of doors or the installation of an antenna. Repairs and damages following the failure to observe the abovementioned provisions shall be charged in full to the exhibitor. For special installations, an estimate may be submitted for approval. All equipment shall remain the property of STRASBOURG EVENEMENTS and should be returned in a good condition. Any equipment that is missing or damaged shall be invoiced. NB For all installations of sockets, lamps, etc., the power connection needed for the different electrical circuits must also be ordered. The connection boards should remain accessible at all times. The switch must be turned off at the end of each day by the exhibitor. The connections wired to a terminal block (20 kw and more) must be carried out by a qualified professional electrician (UTE C ). 15
