Additional equipment rental stand (equipped, confort & optimum booth only) If you would like to order additionnal equipment (cabin lockable, shelves, ) you can complete XPO Order Form available on > Exhibitors Notice : You must return the order form to Créatifs XPO before July, 20 th Banners / Flags Brands banners or flags are permitted in those conditions : - 1 banner/flag per booth - Maximum 3.50m high Notice : With the exception of exhibitors who are banners producers 6. Flyers and Goodies delivery We remind you that goodies and flyers delivery on the trade show can t be done without agreement of the show organizer. Action to promote you brand and increase you visibility on the show is charged 350. Please contact us at 33(0) Advices Drilling through the structure walls is strictly prohibited. Please do not fix anything on the walls : double-sided sellotape or permanent stickers. Any damage caused will be charged 110 excl. taxes per wall. Advertising materials / presentations Company or brand logos must not exceed the prescribed construction height. They should contribute towards a harmonious overall impression. Exhibitors are only permitted to distribute printed matter and to conduct advertising only at their own stands. We also remind you that billposting without permission inside the show is prohibited. Internet A free Wifi will be provided on Sport Achat. You also may install an ADSL line or private WIFI at your stand ADSL line : 485 excl. taxes / Private WI-FI : 250 excl. taxes Please contact us at 33(0) Electricity Stands to 24sqm For every stands higher than or equal to 24 sqm, an electric meter of 3Kw or 4Kw (it depends of booth size) is provided and included at your stand If you need more, an increase of electrical power is possible and will be charged 62 excl. taxes per extra Kw. Stands < to 24sqm For every stands smaller than 24 sqm, power supply is provided by an mutual electric meter (about 1Kw max): thank you to predict your own power strip/bar and extension cord. If you require any additional power (for spotlights, fridge, coffee machine, etc.), you need to order an individual electric meter of 3Kw min charged 295 excl. taxes Page 7

8 Suspension from hall ceilings Lightweight ceilings, advertising materials, banners, lighting appliances may be suspended from the hall ceilings using the technical facilities provided. Notice : Depending on the location of you stand, you must consider the clearance and unsuspending areas. NB : Beware of theft! We advise you to clear your stand up after the end of each day, to put your products under cover and place valuable objects into your cabin lockable. Security There will be 24 hour security at the fair (set-up and dismantling times included). Transports By car Need to book a vehicle?
