2 Numerous strong points of BLUESTAR 5 1 Concept The BLUESTAR 5 is a compact Standard Machining Center focused on high productivity at low investment cost. The BLUESTAR 5 increases productivity and competitiveness for all users. Short delivery, extreme short installation time and worldwide-established service support are part of the new machine concept. The concept of the BLUESTAR 5 is simple, to be a decisive factor for the success of your company. 2 Technique The BLUESTAR 5 has been developed to satisfy the needs of the customer. Key points are high operator comfort through workshop programming, backlash free linear guide ways with pre-tensioned roller bearings, direct measuring system in all linear axes and efficient swarf disposal. Further key features include, high accuracy and repeatability, easy access to spindle and working area.

3 3 Quality Quality is a high priority on the BLUESTAR 5 and the machine is built to our traditional high quality standards to give the operator a safe working environment. For example, the machine bed is cast as one piece, which gives you the best stability. Also high quality materials and components are used for the table, pallet changer, spindle and tool magazine and we use Swiss precision roller guideways.
