5 Slides Grey cast iron EN-GJL-250 quality, and termally stabilised. Guides of cross slide hardened and ground and are protected with telescopic covers. The counterguides of both slides are provided with a synthetic material with a low friction coefficient. Automatic lubrication of guideways and transfer mechanisms of slides with pressure failure or low oil control systems. Portable electronic handwheel for manual movement of the slides, attached to control unit by means of a cable. Feed drivers and measuring system Slides movements are performed by means of AC servomotors. Feed transmission to the slides is performed by means of the precision ball screws with axially preloaded double nuts. Safety limit switches for slides movements. Longitudinal servomotor : 60/100 K = 27 / 33 Nm Transversal servomotor : 60/100 K = 14 / 18 Nm Measuring of slides displacement is performed with accuracy rotary encoders. Turret Automatic Sauter NG40 model with 4 stations, with prismatic toolholder clamping DIN Internal coolant feed. 2 toolholders for external turning. GHT

6 Cooling and chip conveyor Automatic chip conveyor with coolant tank. 1 bar motor pumpe. Installation from the tank to the turret with a flow setting key. Lubrication Automatic timer controlled lubrication for guideways, ballscrew and bearings. Posibility of manual lubrication by means of a pushbutton. Oil lack control by screen alarms. Safety guards Front safety guard with a safety switch with interlocking. Rear safety guard with lamp for illumination. Guard of the main motor area with access door and safety switch with interlocking.
