3 structure and components Vertical motion double drive system, two linear rollers high preloaded guideways, two guideways in a composite material. Vertical Z motion supported by two pneumatic cylinders. Sealed linear encoders. Resolution = 0,0001 mm. Grinded work table with T type slots. Highly accurate linear roller guideways incorporated in four rows. Cast iron portal structure, whose components have been properly studied and tested in order to avoid thermal distortion. Automatic, centralized lubrication system for ball screws and guideways. Ground balls recirculation screws with single preloaded leadnut.

4 HSP 643 RB 5 axis continuous

5 Conceived for high speed milling, it perfectly meets those requirements of reliability in time, essential for such an important component of the machine. It is available in the or rpm, 7 kw, or rpm, 8 kw. The spindles are cooled through a liquid cooling system. It allows to obtain a high level of precision and excellent surfaces on parts in hardened steel or in copper electrodes, also using tools with very small diameters thanks to the high number of rpm, to the optimisation of the bearings preload and to the very limited thermal distorsion. 7kW spindle power/torque diagram 8kW spindle power/torque diagram
