1 Deerfield Beach CRIME REPORT February 18-28, 2019 Address: 311 Nw 46th St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Victim (1) and victim (2) parked their vehicles at the clubhouse on 311 NW 46th St on 02/17/19 at approximately 2100 hours. Upon checking on their vehicles on 02/18/19 at 07Q27 hours victim (1) vehicle had the rear right window broken and glove compartment rummaged through. Victim (2) vehicle had the front right window broken and glove compartment rummaged through. Neither victim had anything taken. Address: 311 Nw 42nd Ct, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Victim (1) and victim (2) parked their vehicles at the clubhouse on 311 NW 46th St on 02/17/19 at approximately 2100 hours. Upon checking on their vehicles on 02/18/19 at 07Q27 hours victim (1) vehicle had the rear right window broken and glove compartment rummaged through. Victim (2) vehicle had the front right window broken and glove compartment rummaged through. Neither victim had anything taken. Crime: Auto Theft - Other Address: 4340 Nw 19th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: 2017 Diamond Cargo trailer had been stolen from 4340 NW 19TH Ave. Crime: Found Property Address: 4000 Ne 4th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Found Dog. Black, Brown, White male Pitbull. Black Collar with metal studs. No Tag found in Compl's carport. Dog was scanned for a chip at the district office. No Chip detected. Dog was given water and food. Crime: Criminal Mischief Address: 574 Durham U, Deerfield Beach, FL Report Date: 2/21/2019 Description: I responded to a call in reference to a Criminal Mischief at the location of 574 Durham U. I met with victim who advised that someone is putting glue into her key hole and damaged her front door. Address: 300 Se 12th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Report Date: 2/21/2019 Description: No suspects known at this time, the point of entry was the driver's door. The vehicle was unlocked with the keys inside and parked in the NE corner of the lot. The scene was processed and area canvassed. Address: 1428 Se 4th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Report Date: 2/21/2019 Description: I made contact with victim in reference to black Chevy bearing Florida license plate CENS40, which was broken into overnight, but nothing was taken. I also made contact with 2nd victim, in reference to rental vehicle 2017 red Nissan Sentra bearing Florida license plate GHXB11, which was broken into overnight and $5.00, taken from the center console. A third vehicle was located in the same area. A 2011 silver Jeep bearing New York license plate FYX3522. The victim for the third vehicle could not be located and a note was left with the vehicle to call. No video surveillance cameras observed. Crime: Suspicious Incident

Crime: Theft - Motor Vehicle Parts Address: 951 Siesta Key Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Unknown suspect(s) stole the victim's rims and tires off his vehicle. Crime: Theft From Building Address: 2410 Century Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Advised 2 flat screen tv's in his back office of his restaurant and when he came in Monday morning there was one tv missing. Address: 1400 E Newport Center Dr, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Burglary conveyance in a parking lot to an unlocked vehicle, where victim's phone was taken with bank cards and ID inside of the phone case. Crime: Robbery Address: 150 S Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Witness observed suspect take the victim purse from victim and drive away. The witness followed the suspect until the suspect bailed out of his vehicle and fled on foot. A perimeter was set up and the suspect was located and positively identified. The victim stolen items were located in a trash can and returned to victim. District 10 Detectives and Robbery Detectives responded to the scene. Suspect was charged with robbery and TOT to main jail. Crime: Battery Address: 495 Se 8th St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Responded to the location in reference to a battery, road rage incident. I made contact with victim, and her son. They were traveling east on SE 8th St to their residence during an active school zone. A vehicle traveling behind them drove around them in an aggressive manor. Both vehicles ended up at the 495 SE 8th St. Crime: Burglary Residence Address: 714 Nw 1st Way, Deerfield Beach, FL
5 Description: An AC unit was taken from a residence. Crime: Aggravated Assault Address: 501 E Sample Rd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Responded to the porthole pub in reference to a disturbance with a firearm. Made contact with manager,and employee. A black male was at the establishment who was causing a disturbance within and eventually left the business and went out into the parking lot. The suspect made attempts to enter the establishment again. The male subject appeared to be leaving, but not before brandishing what appeared to be a black firearm possibly a revolver, pointing it into the air and stating "I`m going to shoot all yall ***** I`m about that life". The black male subject finally left in an all red Lexus ES300, possibly the year of The subject did not discharge the firearm or point it at anyone. Address: 56 Se 6th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: An unknown suspect smashed in the front driver's side window and reached into the vehicle and took two backpacks and lunchboxes and fled in an unknown direction. Address: 837 W Sample Rd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: I responded to a call in reference to a retail theft at the location of 837 West Sample Rd. Address: 1101 S Military Tr, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Grand retail theft by two suspects, both detained on scene and arrested. Address: 3599 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: I responded to 3599 W. Hillsboro Blvd in reference to a shoplifter that Target had detained. Suspect stole $ worth of merchandise and was charged with grand theft.

Crime: Battery Address: 3901 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Responded to 3901 W Hillsboro Blvd in reference to a fight. Upon arrival, complainant advised that she was struck by the listed suspect who was no longer on scene. Independent witnesses advised that there was not a physical altercation and that no one was hit. Crime: Drugs / Narcotics Offenses Address: 533 S Dixie Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Suspect was found sleeping at bus stop with cannabis (under 20 grams) in his possession. He was issued an NTA and released. Crime: Drugs / Narcotics Offenses Address: 300 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: I observed a vehicle driving with an expired tag, a traffic stop was conducted. The driver and passenger were found to be in possession of cocaine and heroin. Address: 860 Se 6th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: An unknown suspect(s) broke out the front passenger window and removed the victims wallet from the center console. Address: 299 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Address: 363 Se 12th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL
7 Crime: Trespassing Address: 4791 N Dixie Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Observed the suspect loitering on the main walkway of the Circle K gas station, located at 4791 N Dixie Hwy. Records check revealed that the suspect had been previously trespassed from the location. Charged accordingly and released on NTA. Crime: Trespassing Address: 20 Sw 12th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Subject was at 20 SW 12th Av at the WAWA, where he has been given a previous trespass warning. The manager of WAWA stated this is an ongoing issue with subject. Address: 837 W Sample Rd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Victim advised that a black male and a black female stole two comforters and an air mattress from the Family Dollar store. Address: 399 Sw 14th St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Unknown B/M, between 5'8 and 5'10 in height, Medium Build, approx years old. Last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and a black dew rag on his head. Crime: Suspicious Vehicle Address: 3599 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Field Contact Reason: Suspicious Vehicle. Address: 900 Sw 10th S, Deerfield Beach, FL Address: 299 Sw 2nd Av/sw 3rd St, Deerfield Beach, FL
8 Crime: Burglary Residence Address: 5014 Ne 2nd Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: The victim advised during the night while she was sleeping, an unknown suspect(s) stole the TV located in the front screen enclosure attached to her mobile home. DNA was collected. Sgt was notified. Address: 1001 Se 6th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Compl advised unknown suspect broke into his classic Mercedes convertible by cutting holes in the top ($2,000). The suspect then reached in and unlocked the door. Once inside the suspect stole an Alpine Stereo ($300) and a pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses ($200). Compl advised the crime was captured by his surveillance cameras Crime: Municipal Ordinance Viol Address: 148 Nw 1st Ter, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: I observed the defendant sitting in the north corner of the parking lot. The defendant then began drinking an alcoholic beverage. He then placed it on the ground and covered it with a hat. The defendant was charged accordingly and released on NTA. Crime: Theft - All Other Address: 360 Nw 39th St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Responded to 360 NW 39th St in reference to a reported theft. Caller advised that two of her tenants stole her lawn mower and sold it at a local pawn shop. Crime: Municipal Ordinance Viol Address: 103 Nw 1st St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: I observed the defendant drinking an alcoholic beverage. He then placed it against his person, in an attempt to conceal it. The defendant was charged accordingly and released on NTA. 9 Bone steaks then exited the store passing all points of sales with out paying. Once outside she passed off the stolen merchandise to a B/M on a bicycle. Address: 286 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Manager observed a BF enter and 5 minutes later leaving with a floor mat and seat cover in hand, past all points of sale. Crime: Theft - All Other Address: 5361 N Dixie Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: A man left his wallet at the store, it was subsequently taken by an unknown person. Address: 560 Ne 44th St, Deerfield Beach, FL Crime: Suspicious Activity Address: 815 Se 19th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Field Contact Reason: Suspicious Activity. Crime: Theft - All Other Address: 317 Se 13th St, Deerfield Beach, FL Report Date: 2/25/2019 Description: The victim received a notice from Toll Enforcement Invoice informing him that he had an unpaid toll transaction concerning a FL tag he no longer owns. He realized that an unknown person must have taken the temporary tag from his garbage and placed it on their vehicle.
