Upon arrival, it was learned a male subject struck the victim in the face. The victim sustained a minor injury but refused medical treatment or prosecution. The suspect was determined to be on probation and found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The subject was aggressive towards deputies and did not follow directions. He was ultimately arrested and booked into the SMC Jail.

A records check revealed the registration was expired and the driver was also unable to provide proof of insurance. Upon arrival, it was learned a juvenile was kicked by another juvenile. The parents of the victim declined prosecution but requested documentation. The report was forwarded to the school district for review. Following a traffic stop, subject was arrested and booked into the SMC Jail for possession of a controlled substance. Deputy performed a traffic stop after observing a vehicle driving erratically. Upon contact with the driver, he was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. 5 /11/ block of Middlefield Rd 3100 block of William Av Shasta St / Woodside Rd Redwood City Chestnut St / Heller St Redwood City 1100 block of Eaton Av 594(b)(1) PC Vandalism 664/460(b) PC Attempted Burglary VC - Stolen Vehicle Missing Person Adult Returned Juvenile Runaway Returned vandalism. Unknown suspect was observed via surveillance video, shattering the front glass door of a store. The owner did not notice anything to be missing. The total loss in damages was approximately $2,000. There are no leads. Deputy was dispatched on a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System.
