3 El Camino Real / Hemlock Av Redwood City 3056 PC Violation of Parole HS Controlled Paraphernalia 148(a)(1) PC Resist/Obstruct Officer Deputy made contact with a male subject. Initially, the subject continued to walk away from the deputy despite his repeated commands to stop. The deputy was ultimately able to detain the subject. Prior to a search of the subject, he revealed he was in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. He was also found to be in possession of forged checks and a stolen credit card. His parole agent was contacted and requested he be placed on a hold. He was transported and booked into the SMC Jail. Upon contact with the driver, it was determined he was driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to First Chance where he was cited on a promise to appear. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed objective signs and symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol. Deputy was requested to contact a citizen regarding an incident involving his juvenile son. Upon contact, it was learned the juvenile was offered a ride by a street sweeper while he was waiting for the bus. After contacting the driver, it was learned he was concerned for the juvenile as it was raining and had only asked if he d like a ride to get out of the rain. After speaking to all parties, it was determined there was no intent to annoy the juvenile and a report was taken for informational purposes.

Upon arrival, it was learned an auto body shop was allowing primer residue to runoff onto an adjacent property. A report was taken for informational purposes. Stored vehicle parked over 72 hours. Deputy performed a traffic stop. Upon contact with the driver, it was learned he was driving with a suspended license. A search of the vehicle revealed he was also in possession of marijuana.
