1 Friday, September 18, 2015 Time: 0227 hours Report #: Charges: VC 23152(E) Location: Bradshaw Rd. / Elk Grove Blvd. Suspect: JUVENILE (WMJ, 17, ARRESTED) Officers responded to the above location regarding a driver who was passed out in a vehicle that was stopped in a ditch. Upon arrival, officers located S-1 (Elk Grove resident) sitting in the driver s seat of the vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. At the hospital, S-1 was issued a citation then released to his mother. Time: 0441 hours Report #: / Location: 2300 block of Maritime Dr. Suspect #1: DANEWALIA, AJAY (OMA, 24, ARRESTED) Suspect #2: TUNG, JOSHWINDER (OMA, 23, ARRESTED) S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a suspicious vehicle stop. S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was a passenger in the vehicle S-1 was operating. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. S-2 was arrested for public intoxication. Both suspects were processed then transported to the main jail. Page 1 of 5

Suspect: JUVENILE (AMJ, 16, ARRESTED) Officers responded to the above location regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who was causing a disturbance. Officers arrived and contacted S-1. S-1 became verbally confrontational with officers. S- 1 began screaming obscenities and pulled away from officers when they attempted to detain him. S- 1 was eventually taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall. Time: 2008 hours Report #: Charges: PC 647(F) Location: 8700 block of Heritage Hill Dr. Suspect: MOSEL, DONALD (WMA, 52, ARRESTED) S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for public intoxication then transported to the main jail. Suspect: TILLSON, JONATHAN (AMA, 30, ARRESTED) S-1 (Antelope resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. Time: 1848 hours Report #: Charges: WARRANT Location: 8300 block of Calvine Rd. Suspect: LOPEZ, LEO (AMA, 60, ARRESTED) S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. Page 3 of 5

Officers arrived and contacted S-1. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
