Stockton responded to a meet complainant call at 6033 Camp Bowie Blvd. This location is where the VIC / Suthamtewakul had pulled over after experiencing engine problems with his 203 Honda Accord (GEN Vehicle). Arriving at 203 hrs, the officer met with the VIC who stated that he and his wife have a person paying rent to live in their household in White Settlement, identified as ALEXIS, Aaron / SUS. Increasingly, the VIC and his wife have been having problems with the SUS which have escalated to the point that 09/6/203 4:33 Page 2 of 6

3 FORT WORTH POLICE DEPARTENT Narrative they have made it clear that the SUS will need to find somewhere else to live. Another confrontation with the SUS had occurred on the previous day, with the SUS becoming increasingly hostile. On todays date, the VIC was driving down Camp Bowie Blvd and began experiencing his engine to the GEN vehicle began surging and running very roughly. This problem increasingly got worse until he pulled over at 6033 Camp Bowie. The VIC exited the vehicle and observed that there were smudges in the light coating of dust around the fuel tank filler door. Upon closer inspection, the VIC also noted that there were scratches around the periphery of the fuel filler door where it appeared that someone had used an unknown object to pry open and defeat the fuel filler door latch mechanism. The fuel filler door is locked and can only be released from inside the vehicle. Pictures of the filler door are attached. There were also slight traces of some sort of granules inside the fuel door, around the fuel filler tube. The VIC believes that the SUS has put some substance in the fuel tank of the GEN vehicle to intentionally cause damage. The VIC is not certain exactly where or when this may have occurred, but the problems only started on todays date as he was driving down Camp Bowie Blvd around 35 hrs. The VIC stated he has not had any other sort of problems with anyone else besides the SUS and does not know of any other vehicles that have been similalry damaged. The VIC had to call a tow truck to tow the GEN vehicle to the Honda dealership to have the fuel system flushed and checked. He was instructed that he will have to supplement this report with information regarding what the mechanical inspection reveals happened to the GEN vehicle. CPT Baldwin. 09/6/203 4:33 Page 3 of 6
