E/O Raleigh-Millington Rd. crossed over the centerline into oncoming traffic struck the curb On 01/24/2015 at 16:00 hours, Officer B.B. Brown (0796) responded to a crash at 3126 Raleigh-Millington. The crash revealed Page -5- had taken charge of his remains. He was pronounced by Dr. Bugnitz on Monday 01/26/15 at 10:04 A.M. On Monday 01/26/15 ME. K. Turnmire called the Traffic Office and advised Darryl Howard succumbed to his injuries and that she Lt. M. Oliver Tr-5 #6495 made the scene. M.E. K. Mitzell took charge of the deceased. Pedestrian Joshua McDowell succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced at 1622 hrs. by Dr. Mark Merritt. Driver # 1 was unable to give any information about the crash due to her injuries. pole.
