M E A D O W S T R E E T Greetings, Newsletter Date: 03/13/13 During the reporting period of March 5, 2013 to April 1, 2013, the Sector experienced 3 violent crime reflecting a 200% increase compared to 1 violent crimes during the same date range in property crimes were reported. In comparison to the same date range in 2012, 56 property crimes were documented. The comparison reflects a 21% decrease. Our Neighborhoods Carillon Carytown Colonial Place Country Club of Va. Huguenot Malvern Gardens Mary Munford Monument Ave Museum District Sauer s Gardens Southhampton Stadium Stonewall Court Stony Point Stratford Hills Three Chopt Univ. of Richmond Westhampton Willow Lawn Willow Oaks Wilton Windsor Farms The 3 violent crimes consisted of two commercial robberies at the Stony Point Fashion Park, and 1 aggravated assault in the Museum District. No arrests have been made at this time. However, the investigations are ongoing. Police patrols have been increased in the shopping center.
