19 Project Code Street Name(s) Elevate Denver Sidewalks to Transit- Internal Staff Assessment Project Length Project Length (feet) (miles) Curb and Gutter Required Drainage Conflicts (inc. grading issues) Hardscape Removal & Replacement Required New Retaining Wall Required Utility Conflicts Property (lighting, Acquisition signals, equip, hydrants) Golf Course Fence Tree Removal Required Total Score HIN? General Project Notes DISTRICT N Green Ct Project may require prop acquisition. Also- appears that prop owners may have encroached improvements on public ROW 1.2 Sheridan Blvd Yes Tree/utility removal may not be necessary depending on alignment. 1.3 Sheridan Blvd Yes This sidewalk may be being constructed currently by developer. 1.4 Sheridan Blvd Yes This one would require removal of fence on adjacent property. Seems like a really hard project. 1.5 Sheridan Blvd Yes Not within CCD; traffic signal may need to be relocated 1.6 Sheridan Blvd Yes Not within CCD; Appears that it would require prop acquisition. Outside of CCD 1.7 Sheridan Blvd 1, Yes Large (~20') retaining wall would need to be removed and reconstructed 1.8 Sheridan Blvd 2, Yes Utilities may need to be relocated if sidewalk is attached 1.9 Sheridan Blvd (segment leads This one would require removal of fence on adjacent Yes to alley) property. Seems like a really hard project W 17th Ave Light poles/utility box may need to be relocated depending on location of sidewalk 1.11 W 17th Ave 1, Light poles may need to be relocated depending on location of sidewalk 1.12 W 17th Ave Could reduce length of new sidewalk by connecting to adjacent sidepath 1.13 W 17th Ave 1, project may not impact utilities 1.14 W 26th Ave Project may require remove of mature tree. If sidewalk is attached, utility relocation will be required W 45th Ave (extends onto N Lipan St & N Jason St) 1, Appears that building on Lipan St was constructed on public ROW. Utilities for building would conflict with location of sidewalk. On 45th, parked vehicles encroach on location of sidewalk W 47th Ave W 52nd Ave Not within CCD; potentially grading issues 1.18 W 52nd Ave 2, would require removal of existing concrete drainage ditch 14,
