3 7) COMMUNICATION COMPANIES ARE FORBIDDEN TO GROUND THEIR SYSTEMS TO ANY PART OF THE METER ENCLOSURE. ALL COMMUNICATIONS MUST BE BONDED ON A COMMUNICATIONS BONDING BLOCK IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEC: SEC ) NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE (NEC) REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 2 BONDED GROUND RODS, THE FIRST BEING DRIVEN AS NEAR AS PRACTICAL TO THE METER ENCLOSURE, BONDED TO THE SECOND WHICH, SHOULD BE DRIVEN A MINIMUM OF 6 AWAY FROM THE FIRST. 9) JACKSON ELECTRIC REQUIRES COPPER OR COPPER CLAD GROUND RODS A MINIMUM OF 5/8 DIAMETER BY 8 LONG WITH MINIMUM GROUND WIRE SIZE BEING #6 AWG COPPER WIRE. 10) ALL PVC CONDUIT USED FOR ANY PART OF A METERLOOP MUST BE U/L LISTED ELECTRICAL GRADE CONDUIT. 11) EACH PAD MOUNT TRANSFORMER WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $500. THE MEMBER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE CONDUIT AND A MINIMUM OF 2 LONG SWEEPING 'S, AS DESCRIBED IN THE SPEC SHEET. 12) MEMBERS INSTALLING SERVICE FOR MOBILE HOMES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ATTACH METERLOOP TO MOBILE HOME STRUCTURE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 13) TEMPORARY OVERHEAD SERVICES ARE NOT TO EXCEED 40' FROM THE TRANSFORMER POLE TO THE TEMPORARY POLE.
