1 Dear Diesel Truck Business Owner or Manager, The TBG / ETC 42 nd ANNUAL U.S. DIESEL TRUCKIN' NATIONALS & MONSTER TRUCK MASH UP will continue on as it has for the past forty one years at Raceway Park. The major changes for this year s, Saturday September 15 th event is that the event will be exclusively for BIG RIGS Only. No diesel pickup trucks do to the space configuration and limitations. Also, this year s show and tailgate party picnicking will be for BIG RIG owners and enthusiasts but without drag racing. The Show N Shine Truck portion will take center stage and be judged on the actual famous Raceway Park drag strip track itself. Of course there will be the traditional evening Monster Truck Show with other Thrill Show entertainment right on the drag strip in front of 20,000+ grandstand seats. Exhibitor and Vendor space as always will be available for purchase. Location of this area has been relocated to the center of the new featured area on the opposite side of the track. (see map below). NOTE: Exhibitor and Vendor space will be sold differently this year. All exhibitors and vendor spaces will be preassigned. Before registering you must measure your equipment, tents, vehicles and trailers for Depth and Length. Afterwards you then need to choose the desired space availability offered. No longer will there be extra space upon arrival. You will receive exactly what you initially request upon registering. You may reserve either a 20 or 40 deep space. Length of space will be sold in 20 increments. Again, be sure to carefully pre-measure your display as you will have vendors all around you that will not be able to be adjusted if you miscalculate. If in doubt after choosing depth, reserve more length/width when registering. The exhibitor and vendor footprint will be the same overall size as However, no additional area will be available once all the spots are reserved. Even with six months until this year s September 15 th event, it would be wise to pre-register immediately if you re planning on exhibiting and vending. We anticipate that exhibitor and vendor space will be SOLD OUT by July 30th or sooner.
