1 PARKING INFORMATION FOR Dave Matthews Band 25 th Anniversary Show SATURDAY, MAY 7 (6:00PM DOORS) PARKING IS SOLD OUT. Pre-Paid Parking Only Around the Arena Lots Alternative event-day parking options are below. Planning your route in advance is strongly recommended and can be found by visiting A map showing lot locations is included in this document. Helpful Hints: - Doors to the concert open at 6:00PM (2 hours prior to event start time). - Avoid 29 South/ Emmet St. Through traffic along Rt. 29 between University Ave. and Barracks Rd. should consider alternate routes between the hours of 5:00PM and 9:00PM. - To avoid delays, we recommend that guests attending the concert, who have tickets at Will Call, Plan to arrive at least 90 minutes prior to the event start time. - Guests picking up tickets from Will Call will need the credit card used to make their purchase and provide a photo ID. I. Pre-paid Parking Options - Guests with advance parking passes: - Advanced Reserved parking in John Paul Jones Arena SURFACE LOT, PARKING GARAGE, and EAST LOT is SOLD OUT. JPJ Surface Lot & Garage open at Noon. U-Hall East/ West Lots open at 3:00PM. II. Event Day Parking Options Guests who have not purchased pre-paid parking passes: - After 3:00PM, parking in the EMMET/IVY GARAGE (until filled) - $10 per vehicle (10 min walk from JPJ) Located on the corner of Emmet Street and Ivy Road, the Emmet/Ivy Garage is within a 10 minute walk of the Arena. Suggested route: Exit at 250 East Business/Ivy Road off of 29 bypass, turn left at 2 nd stoplight

2 - After 3:00PM, parking in the CULBRETH GARAGE (until filled) - $10 per vehicle (10 min walk from JPJ) Located on the corner of Culbreth Rd. and University Ave. Suggested route: Exit at 250 East Business/Ivy Road off of 29 bypass, turn left after 3 rd stoplight onto Culbreath Rd. - After 5:00PM, parking at the Darden School-D1 Lot and Law School D2 Lots- Free (15 min walk from JPJ) Suggested route: Exit at Leonard Sandridge Rd. off of 29 bypass, turn left at 1 st stoplight onto Massie Rd. then left onto Duffy Blvd. III. Options for guests with disabilities: - First come, first served Parking for guests with disabilities is located on level three (exposed portion) of the ARENA GARAGE. This area typically fills immediately upon lot opening. - Accessible parking spots are on a first come, first served basis and a disabled parking placard and either a pre-paid parking pass or cash payment is required to access these spaces. Although this lot is for pre-paid passes only, guests with disabled placards may still purchase accessible parking at the entrance to the ARENA SURFACE LOT on the Massie Road side for $15 (CASH ONLY) the night of the show, until these spaces are filled. - Accessible drop-off locations are located along the John Paul Jones Arena side of Massie Road between Emmet Street and Copeley Road. - For pick-up: vehicles must arrive at location by 10:30PM due to outbound traffic restrictions after that time.

3 Directions to John Paul Jones Arena The following are directions to John Paul Jones Arena to help make your trip as smooth as possible. *Please keep in mind that the directions suggest various alternate routes that may seem to take you away from John Paul Jones Arena, but in actuality they are the roads less traveled and will assist in getting you to the building faster.* From points NORTH of Charlottesville like Washington D.C., travel on 29 SOUTH toward Charlottesville: 1. Continue on 29 South Business past the exit for the 29/250 Bypass. 2. Just past the signal at Wise Street, follow event signs to available parking. 1. Exit onto the 29 South/250 West Bypass toward Lynchburg, Staunton, Richmond. 2. Take 2nd exit onto Route 250 East Business. 3. After 2nd signal, follow event signs to available parking. From points SOUTH of Charlottesville like Lynchburg, travel on Route 29 NORTH toward Charlottesville: 1. Remain on Route 29 North past the I64 interchange: 2. Take 3rd exit past I64 onto Leonard Sandridge Road. 3. Follow event signs to available parking. 1. Take the 2nd exit past I64 onto Route 250 East Business. 2. Turn right at the top of the ramp onto Route 250 East Business. 3. After 1st signal, follow event signs to available parking. From points EAST of Charlottesville like Richmond, travel on Interstate 64 toward Charlottesville. 1. Exit onto Route 29 North at Exit 118B. 2. Take 3rd exit onto Leonard Sandridge Road. 3. Follow event signs to available parking Exit onto Route 250 West at Exit 124 toward Charlottesville. 2. Remain on Route 250 West for 4.6 miles through several traffic signals. 3. Exit left onto Route 29 South. 4. After 3rd signal, follow event signs to available parking Exit onto Route 250 West at Exit 124 toward Charlottesville. 2. Instead of exiting onto Route 29 South, continue on 250 West to the second exit past Route 29 South. 3. Exit onto Route 250 East Business and after 2nd signal, follow event signs to available parking. From points WEST of Charlottesville like Staunton, travel on Interstate 64 toward Charlottesville. Exit onto Route 29 North at Exit 118B: 1. Take 3rd exit onto Leonard Sandridge Road. 2. Follow event signs to available parking. 1. Take 2nd exit onto Route 250 East Business. 2. Turn right at the top of the ramp onto Route 250 East Business.
