1 9 Oct 2018 updated 2018 FIM MotoGP World Championship Motul Grand Prix of Japan In-Park Information/Pre-Arrival - Request to Our Guests - In order for our visiting guests to be able to spend their time in a safe and enjoyable manner we would like to ask our guests their understanding and cooperation regarding the following points: Entrance Gate Please have your parking ticket ready and show it to the attendant at the Entrance Gate. The entrance gate differs depending on the reserved parking lot. Please confirm and enter through the proper entrance gate that is stated on your parking ticket. Please prepare ahead and have ample time before you arrive on the day of the finals as the traffic in the surrounding area as well as at the entrance gate is expected to be heavy. Motorcycle Arriving Guests: Motorcycle designated lanes will be set up at. Please use these lanes when arriving on motorcycles. (Please be aware that in case of congestion on the automobile lanes, automobiles may be directed to use the motorcycle designated lanes to enter.) Please follow the instructions to park your vehicle by the attendants of the parking area. Your parking ticket will be inspected at the entrance to the parking lots. Please have it ready and show it to the attendant. Setting up of tents, pre-occupying space or use of fire are strictly prohibited in the parking lots that are not specifically in Camping and Park & Sleep Areas. Please refer to page 6 on information for Camping and Park & Sleep Area. We will not be responsible for any accidents, such as vehicle damages or collisions, or loss of property due to thefts in the parking lots. Departure After the final race, traffic will be regulated on the property to alleviate congestion. Please help this effort by following the attendants instructions when departing. *To ease congestion, you may be instructed to leave from a different gate than the one you have entered. Attention When On Property Smoking areas are designated at Twin Ring Motegi. Smokers are requested to use the designated areas for smoking. Please note that all viewing seats are non-smoking. In order for as many guests as possible to use the viewing areas, securing of viewing space over a long period or wide area is strictly prohibited. Please note that any goods mentioned below that may be used to secure a viewing space may temporarily be confiscated: Securing of viewing space over a wide area with picnic sheets, strings, etc. Securing of viewing space using chairs, stools, etc. Securing of viewing space using chains, wires, etc. (may be cut for removal) *Please refrain from securing of viewing space or leaving belongings on walkways, since they are escape routes during an emergency. Please drive safely with ample attention given to pedestrians and other vehicles within the property. Please note that the wheelchair reserved parking is intended for use by the following guests only: Guests in wheelchair and physically disabled guests (difficulties in walking) *Physically Disabled Person's Handbook will be necessary to use this parking space. Please refer to the link for a map that shows where pet dogs are allowed. Prohibited Items Prohibited Items On-Property Prohibited Items in the Viewing Area Motorcycle Arriving Guests The following items are prohibited on property. Certain items are also prohibited in the viewing area. Explosives and items that may cause explosions, fires or emit poisonous gases Tear gas and other items that may cause harm to other spectators Fireworks, large amounts of portable lighters, matches or other flammable materials, blades, knifes, scissors and other sharp objects or any other possible deadly weapons Laser pointers and other objects that might obstruct the event proceedings or annoy or put others in danger Placards or banners that would defame others Other legally prohibited articles Pet dogs (However, dogs can be allowed into a limited area where race can be viewed at Gate 1.) Bicycles & Kickboards (incl. electric) Please park these at the bicycle parking area. Other articles that we might deem problem-causing to other guests When arriving, please respect basic driving rules and manners and travel safely. We ask that you always wear a helmet when riding motorcycles on the property. We ask that you care for your own belongings or helmets by storing them in key-locked coin lockers after parking. 1

3 MotoGP Viewing Area Map Reserved seats are available for Victory Seats, A-seats, VIP Terrace Premium Seats, Terrace Seats, G-seats, Z-seats, VIP Suites and V-Corner Seats. The Victory Stand has been constructed in front of the B-seats, so that viewing will not be possible from there. C & D seats have been removed and are not available. Corner #5 seats have been removed from sale. A Non-Reserved Seat Ticket will allow you to go to the Pet-allowed Area(Non-Reserved Seat Area), but please note that there will be no seating provided. Furthermore, big-sized air horns cannot be brought on to the property due to the danger of explosions. 3

4 Information on the Display of Victory Stand Banners We ask that you refrain from using the following locations when setting up banners to avoid interfering with the views of other guests.please refrain from also displaying any streamers due to impact to visibility. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure the best viewing experience for all our guests. Grandstand Side Circuit Course Side Please refrain from placing banners along the upper fence at the back facing the Grand Stand Side as this may interfere with the view of guests from A-seats. Please refrain from placing banners along the fence on both ends as this may interfere with the view of guests from A-seats. Please refrain from placing banners along the fence facing the race course as this may interfere with the view of guests in the back. 4

6 Information for Camping and Park & Sleep Area The use of tents on the property is only allowed within the specially designated Camping and Park & Sleep Area. While a reservation is not required, please note that use is on a first-come-first-served basis. S4, N5:Please put away your tents by 7:00 am on 20th Oct. You can set up your tent again later that day from 5:00 pm. Green next to S2, North Short Course :Please put away your tents by 7:00 am on 21st Oct Fee: Free *To use the free Camping and Park & Sleep Area, an advance-purchased parking ticket or a final race-day parking ticket is required. Reservation: Reservations are not accepted. Please come on the day to the Camping and < Town Center/Utsunomiya Park & Sleep Area directly. *Space can be secured on a first-come-first-served basis. Temporary utility services will be provided at certain Camping and Park & Sleep areas. 2. Having an open flame is strictly prohibited. (When using lighters or cooking equipment, please follow the instructions correctly and be mindful about the safety of yourself and others around you.) 3. Please dismantle and put away tents by 7:00 am on the day of the finals, 21st October (Sunday) *The area will be used as parking on the finals day. 4. Setting up tents and staying overnight in parking areas other than the Camping and Park & Sleep Area is prohibited. 5. To ensure your safety in the Camping and Park & Sleep Area please follow the instructions and guidance of the attendants. 6.
