1 Dear Diesel Truck Business Owner or Manager, On Saturday, September 13 th 2014, more than 1,500 diesel truckers and 15,000+ diesel truck fans will invade Old Bridge Township Raceway Park for the 38 th anniversary of the U.S. DIESEL TRUCKIN' NATIONALS. The event is being sponsored by THE TRUCK BUYERS GUIDE and presented by ETC Custom Chrome Shop / Elizabeth Truck Center. It promises to be a spectacular event. This once a year tradition is expected to draw another record turnout of participants, spectators, and of course, diesel related businesses. This year we will once again follow the same time schedule as last year so we can complete the event at a decent hour. Gates will open earlier and class judging and eliminations will be moved up earlier as well, for the 1,500+ trucks expected. For those enthusiastic businesses that have made this event into a key marketing tool over the past thirty years, you know how successful and FUN the entire event is in all respects. For those businesses that have not yet participated in our exhibit midway area, you should consider joining us during this 37 year old unique event. As in the past, a very limited number of commercial display space areas will be available to manufacturers, dealers, distributors, service, and parts oriented businesses. Please understand that this truck show/race is entirely different from any other truck show that you may be accustomed to. For starters, this truck show draws huge crowds of people who work in the truck related industries and love trucks. Because it's only held once a year, people wait all year long for this traditional event. If you know anybody who has ever attended, ask them about this event. There is no other truck extravaganza like it. Best of all, the 1,500+ truckers and 15,000+ fans all attend in a good frame of mind. We ask that you consider the 38 th Annual U.S. Diesel Truckin' Nationals as an event for your business to be a participating commercial exhibitor. Enclosed is a registration form. To register please contact us at Raceway Park ( ) during normal weekday business hours. To confirm your commercial display exhibitors space this year, you MUST have the enclosed registration form, display ad materials, extra ticket requests and full payment or credit card number to us no later than July 31 st, Your credentials will be returned to you within 7 days of our receipt of your registration for the September 13 th event date. I have enclosed a list of year 2013 exhibitors for you to review. Most have been attending for over thirty-seven years and are expected to return again this year. For those businesses that would like a price schedule for hospitality suites in the Raceway Park V.I.P. Tower please feel free to let me know. Last year all suites were rented to truck businesses and large groups. Handicapped scooters and electric or gas powered golf carts will be permitted. Golf carts need an appropriate permit from the Raceway Park Security Office 14 days in advance (upon presentation of proper I.D.). There is a two (2) person maximum per golf cart.
