DBA Eastern Ridge HBA. Nonmembers can join the Association to receive this discount and many other benefits. Members must be in good standing to receive this discount. If you require the use of the overhead doors, you MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT on Wednesday, March 27 from 10:00am to 5:00pm to drop off your large items. The overhead doors WILL NOT be opened after 5 pm on Wednesday, March 27. Thursday, March 28 8:00 am 6:00 pm Friday March 29 8:00 am 2:00 pm All booths must be set-up by 2:00pm on Friday. No table and chair assistance will be available after 1pm on Friday. You will be responsible to pay a fine of $100 if your booth is not ready by the set-up time and will not be allowed to exhibit the following year. Sunday, March 31 4:00 pm 6:00pm (not before 4:00pm) Monday, April 1 7:00 am Noon Overhead doors on the north side of the building may be opened immediately at the close of the show with staff assistance. Overhead doors on the south side will not be opened until Monday morning. Please note there may be a short delay to clear the exhibitors set up in front of the doors.
