5 08 09 Biodegradability Controlling Biodegradability of EnPol The biodegradation speed can be controlled and adjusted as needed by modulating variables in molecular levels as well as polymer compositions applying different grades of EnPol. Shown below are test results acquired applying the standards, EN (2000) and ASTM D (90% of biodegradation within 180days) PBS(G4560M) film with thickness of 29μm was evaluated for disintegration in a pilot scale aerobic composting condition.
