SPIRAL PROTECTION As cost effectiveness is set to become a way of thinking, our Helixguard Spirals can help you reduce your maintenance costs and equipment downtime. Made from HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) the spiral wrapping can easily be mounted on existing or new assembled hydraulic hoses, giving them protection against wear and damage caused by aggressive working conditions. Other advantages of the Helixguard Spiral protection: Can be used for a single hose or a bundle of hoses. Suitable for use with equipment operating across a wide temperature range from 50 C up to 120 C. Rounded edges for easy and safe mounting. The Helixguard Service Plug can also be used to protect machine channels from dust and corrosion or prevent water, dust and pollution from harming system and components. It is very important to use it in nonpressurized systems and vacuum systems. The Helixguard Service Plug is produced in high quality oil resistant rubber and can be used in channels and holes between 1-10mm, 4-22mm and 12-42mm.
