The fue in thi ection comply with the following national tandard; IEC - BS 9 - ESI - Deign and contruction of thee fue follow well proven concept of all SIBA high voltage fue. For preure reitant encapulation a high grade ceramic i ued. Contact material conit of high conductivity copper with ilver plating. The melting element are of pure ilver with appropriate notching to tight tolerance to enure low deviation in the time-current curve and low let through current. The arc quenching material i quartz and that i ubjected to a particular pecification regarding it compoition, grain ize and humidity level. Fue for oil inulated witchgear The backup fue comply with the requirement for tightne for ue under oil and for ue in oil filled witchgear. The fue are fitted with a triker and are very ueful in Fue/Switch combination that comply with the requirement of IEC 7 part.
