2 PROUT UPAT Product Update ulletin Title: Update Manual S rive omp Upgrade 2 to 2 If you not sure which type of belt do you have 2 or 2 rive measure it up by using following dimensions. 2 rive 2 rive 1: - Remove drive shield (A) to get access to jackshaft mount; - Remove both belts () by loosening tension links (); A 2 of 8

3 PROUT UPAT Product Update ulletin Title: Update Manual S rive omp Upgrade 2 to 2 2: - Take down jackshaft pillar assembly by unbolting upper and lower brackets; - Unbolt top jackshaft upper mount bracket (F) by taking 4 bolts M12x25 away (hardware will be re-used); - Unbolt lower bracket (S) by taking 4 bolts M12x25 away along with bracket (T) by taking 2 x Flange olts 8 x 16 (U) and Flange Nuts M8; (hardware will be re-used); F F J1 S S T 3 of 8

6 PROUT UPAT Product Update ulletin Title: Update Manual S rive omp Upgrade 2 to 2 5: - Loose and slide over shaft sheave (); - Replace old Idler arm with new one (1); - For upper lug tightening re-use exisitng hardware (1); - For lower lug use following hardware: 1 pc. - S146Z Spacer M16 X 3L (1) 2 pcs. - H146Z Spacer M16 X.78L (1) 1 pc. - 11M olt Hex M16 x 180 (F1) 3 pcs. - W11M-16 Washer Flat M16 x 32 x 3.5 (G1) 1 pc. - N21M-16 Nut Flange M16 (H1) If you would like to harwest corn or sunflower please move Spacers (1) at front of new idler (1), which is going to slide pulley (I1) futher. Use the shims (F) (usually two required piesces only) to align pulley with the factory triple banded belt; F F 7 of 8

8 PROUT UPAT Product Update ulletin Title: Update Manual S rive omp Upgrade 2 to 2 7: - Place jackshaft assembly back by re-tighten all bolts from.- y using laser alingment tool check that chopper sheave is square to driver sheave on combine gearbox. - Square chopper if required by loosening bolts on chopper mount flange. Retighten once square; - Install 2 upper belt (2132K) () and lower 2 drive belt (2124K) ; - Re-install all tension links () and (2) and re-tention idlers. For (2) tension link use S761Z (3) Spacer; - heck bottom drive sheaves alignment with laser tool; - If vertical alignment is required loosen rotor bearings and move rotor up or down as required. Tighten bearing bolts and adjust sheaves in or out as required; - Re-install shield (A); 2 2 V V 2 1 Use the laser alignment tool to square jackshaft sheave to combine gearbox sheave 8 of 8
