Redekop jackshaft interferes with 10 eries rear shroud support. olution: 1. Replace existing jackshaft upper and lower mount brackets with new design by purshasing Kit Part # 764. Kit ontents: (764) racket J Hanger lack qty racket ottom Jackshaft Mount qty 1-21M-1240 olt Flange M12 x 40 qty 4-21M-1225 olt Flange M12 x 25 qty 4 - N21M-12 Nut Flange M12 qty 6 Tools required: - Laser Alignment Tool - lamp or essie lamp - Metric wrench + socket sets - Jack - Pliers - locks (to reach from jack to bottom jackshaft mount) - 1/2 drill bit - Angle drill H 1 of 7

3 PRODUT UPDAT Title: A IH 10 eries Jackshaft Mount update 1: - Remove drive shield (A) to get access to jackshaft mount, - Remove lower and upper drive belts () by loosening tension links () A 3 of 7

4 PRODUT UPDAT Title: A IH 10 eries Jackshaft Mount update 2: - Place jack with blocking under bottom mount bracket (D); - Remove two M12 x 25 Flange olts () from front side of top bracket (343) (F); - lide new top bracket (333) (G) in place on top of existing top bracket (F); - lamp top of mount bracket (H) with combine beam (I); - Insert 2 x M12 x 25 Flange olts () through the same holes on a front side of the bracket (G); - Fasten new top bracket but do not tight it up; D D I G G F 4 of 7

5 PRODUT UPDAT Title: A IH 10 eries Jackshaft Mount update 3: - y using laser align tool check that chopper sheave is square to machined sheave on combine gearbox. quare jackshaft if required by loosening bolts on chopper mount flange. Re-tighten once aligned; - Mark two holes on locations (J) onto jackshaft mount bracket and drill thru with 1/2 bit; - Insert two M12 x 25 Flange olts () along with M12 Flange Nuts (L); - Install bracket (G) on top of auger support (D) by using M12 x 40 mm (K) bolts supplied; - Tighten all bolts before releasing clamp from combine beam (I); K G L J D J Use the laser alignment tool to square up upper bracket to the shaft 5 of 7

6 PRODUT UPDAT Title: A IH 10 eries Jackshaft Mount update 4: - Remove old lower bracket (); - Remove shield bracket (T) (will be re-installed on new lower bracket along with hardware); - Install bottom mount bracket (660) (N) to combine frame by using 2 x Flange olts M12 x 25 () and Flange Nuts M12; - quare lower bracket (N) vertically to combine sidewall; - Fix bracket () to jackshaft assembly by inserting 2 x M12 x 25 Flange olts () thru side mount holes; - Re-install shield bracket (T) by using 2 x M8 x 16 Flange olts (U) and M8 Flange Nuts; - Tighten all bolts before releasing jack with blocking under bottom mount bracket (N); U T N T U 6 of 7

7 PRODUT UPDAT Title: A IH 10 eries Jackshaft Mount update 5: - Re-install drive belts (); - heck bottom drive sheaves alignment with laser tool; - If vertical alignment is required loose rotor bearings and move rotor up or down as required. Tighten bearing bolts and adjust sheaves in or out as required; - Re-install two tension links () and re-tension idlers; - Re-install shield (A); A 7 of 7
