7 Inert Micro pump, Series 130SP The 130SP is a self priming, micro dispensing, solenoid actuated micro pump, designed for a non-metallic, inert fluid path for dispensing of high purity or aggressive fluids. High cycle life, up to 20 million dispense cycles. 090SP(discontinued), 150SP and 120SP pumps see p18 for mating connector choices see p 12 for fluid connection choices The solenoid operated pumps are factory set for discrete outputs ranging from 4ul to 250ul/stroke. The pumps are PPS (polyphenylsulfide) housing, with EPDM check valves and diaphram. The 030SP pumps are PTFE diaphram. The voltages are either 12vdc or 24vdc The pumps are designed for continuous duty, and are guaranteed up to 20 million cycles. The fastest cycle time is 4 hertz(030sp pump) with the slowest being 1.6 hertz(150sp pump) Pump needs to have a computer control or recycling timer and power supply to operate. See accessory section (P.19). The action of the pump is that the diaphram of the pump is held closed with an internal spring mechanism. When the voltage is applied, the solenoid coil becomes energized and pulls the diaphram open. This opening action causes the fluid to be drawn into the pump chamber. The fluid is displaced from the pump when the solinoid is de-energized. Accuracy of dispense varies upon pump size and operating speed. Inquire for these Specifications. The square wave generator offers independent time adjustment of both "on" time and "off" time periods using the built in screw driver adjustable potentiometer. The time delay is 0.1 to 10 seconds for the on and same for the off cycle. The output is rated 1 A steady. The unit is available in 12 vdc and 24vdc powered. The module is solid state and encapsulated to protect the electronic circuitry. The "on" time is first with a positive DC pulse of voltage rated.
