PA01 PREAMBLE TO PRICE SCHEDULE (Rev. 1) OF CNG DISPENSERS (INDIAN BIDDERS) Scope of Supply including testing, Inspection, documentation etc., shall be strictly as per Material Requisition and Bidding Document. Bidder shall furnish built-in CIF value against each quoted item, giving details of description of goods, qty. rate of Custom Duty etc. in attached Format-"CIF/CD". Bidder to clearly indicate 'Quoted' / 'Not Quoted' against each Sr. No. in the price column in the unpriced Price Schedule. Bidders to submit Price part of above Price schedule in their Priced Bid and Unpriced part with the Unpriced Bid. Bidder shall furnish prices/details as above, in accordance with various clause of ITB/SCC All the Columns of quoted items in the price schedule including currency must be filled with required information, as applicable. Bidder must quote the price in enclosed Price Schedule formats only. The formats shall not be changed and/or retyped. For any deviation to the formats, offer may be rejected. Quoted prices are firm and fixed fixed till complete execution of the entire order. Also price variation on account of variation in Foreign Exchange rate is not allowed. Bidder shall submit invoices as per format specified in rules/ regulation of GST to enable GNGPL to claim input tax credit (if available) of GST (CGST&SGST/UTGST or IGST) paid. Details of itemized designated delivery points are given in the Document enclosed with MR. The Indian bidder is advised to quote single freight charges for each item in the column no. 6 of price schedule irrespective of number of designated locations of storage yard. Bidder confirm that he has noted the contents of the preamble to the price schedule, price schedule, bid document, material requisition and quoted his prices accordingly without any deviation. Due to any reason if the validity of the calibration (to be considered one year from the last calibration date, if not indicated) expired, then bidder shall arrange / complete the calibration before commissioning. The Performance Guarantee test shall be conducted positively within two months of commissioning. Bidder has to provide all the necessary arrangements if required for PG test Calibration of Dispenser instruments such as Flow Meter, PG,PT & SRV shall be valid for one year starting from the Date of their Calibration in our factory, however if during this duration the dispensers are not commissioned (within the stipulated time ), the client should arrange for the Calibration of the same. This clause is applicable for completion schedule define in the tender.
