2 The Tools The ew group of uiversal ed mills type 81,82,84,85 has bee especially developed for roughig ad fiishig of steel ad cast materials. The all-roud programme icludes flat-shaped ad spherical ed mills i two legth versios ad with differet umber of cuttig edges. The flat-shaped ed mills are available i versios with two, three or four cuttig edges. The spherical ed mills - with two or four cuttig edges. The tools are available with ø2 to 20mm. The tools with ø2-5mm are available with cylidrical shak made to IN 6535-HA. The tools with ø6-20mm are available with clampig shak made to IN 6535-HB. ue to the all-roud ad uiversal structure of the programme, it provides optimal tools for almost ay machiig process. The iovative ew coatig TN12 is made of fiest grai carbide i the ISO-rage K30-40 with a ewly developed coatig AlCrN for highest cuttig parameters ad logest tool life at the same time.
