2 Our technical expertise in the shop and in the field is illustrated by the wide range of service projects we ve successfully completed. We have completed more than 155 mud pump inspections and have fabricated and equipped a wide range of supplementary buildings. We ve worked on rotary tables, drawworks, top drives, catwalks, blocks, crowns and automated wrenches from a variety of manufacturers. As an independent, custom service provider of drilling rig equipment, we work hard to maintain very low turnover amongst our experienced staff. Complete rebuild of mechanical parts including bearing housing, sheave section, hydraulic motor and backup wrench grabber. Full hydraulic drive redesign, including install of haggunds drives motor, Sauer Danfoss valve banks, all control valves and custom fit hosing and plumbing. Complete redesign of torque tube and topdrive mounting slide bushing. Full redesign and install of automated electrical system, including drillers control panel, plc controlled operating system, install of all sensors and solenoids and custom sized service loop. Custom designed and manufactured stand-alone Hydraulic Power Unit building. Included in HPU building is a Diesel engine drive, gearbox mounted pumps, custom sized hydraulic reservoir, filter system, cooler unit, custom designed hose reel and a fully automated PLC drive system.
