1 ` Awning Blinds National Blinds manufactures a huge range of Awning styles ranging from the traditional Automatic Awnings to the more modern Cassette Awning like the Chameleon. The variety of awning styles means that you can select a style to suit each unique situation. Most Awnings have a flap or Valance at the bottom. All the Valances are made as straight finish unless you specify a scallop Valance. A binding is attached at the bottom of the Valance to finish it off. Please advise us of the binding colour. Binding colours can be viewed on our web site under External Awnings tab. Maximum Sizes with warrantee. All other awnings have a minimum size of 400mm. Fabric joining and welding All Mesh awnings that are smaller in width than the fabric width will have no side hems. This will ensure better rolling and less bagging. All Mesh awnings wider than the fabric will have welded wing joins and side hems. A fake or self-hem can be added for a fee of $11 per blind on the mesh awnings. All Canvas and Acrylic awnings will have side hems as standard. Centre Join panels must have side hems to balance the blind. Centre join is available on request and will attract a surcharge of 10%. Measurements **All measurements to be OBM (Outside Box Measurements) with the exception of cloth only orders. (If ordering Cloth Only, specify finished cloth size).

2 ` Hood Colours (standard Awnings) Available hood colours are Beige(Wheat), Black, Iron Stone, Caulfield Green, Charcoal, Dune, Heritage Red, Jasper, Merino, Mist Green, Mountain Blue, Pottery, Primrose, Shale Grey(Gull Grey), Slate Grey, Surfmist, White, Off White, and Zinc. Bottom Rail (standard Awnings) Please note that 5 sided mist green bottom rail will be used on green backed cloth. For all other fabric, you must specify colour of bottom rail. Bottom rail colours are same as Hood colours. Round bottom rail is supplied in pockets of blinds like Rope & Pulley and on request. Channel Guide Spring op Colours Available Channel colours are Mill, Thredbo White, Off White, Smooth Cream and Ebony Channel Chameleon Colours Available Channel, Headbox and Bottom Rail colours are White, Cream and Black Custom Colours Powder coating is available on request for Channel Chameleon components and Channel Guide Spring op Channels as well as standard Hooding and bottom rail. Please see below for powder coating cost. Once an awning width exceeds 4000mm, a 63mm Tube is used. All crank operated and Chameleon awnings will come standard with 63mm Tube. If you need any other Tube size, please specify clearly on your order form and note that extra charge may apply. Springs Springs will not be tensioned to reduce damage in freight turns will be required when fitting. Pull Down Sticks and Crank Handles Standard size for pull down stick is 1250mm and standard size for Crank Handle is 1200mm. If any other size is required, please specify clearly. These are not included in price of awning one or the other is supplied as standard with each order. (Please advise if you do not want one)

Auto Awning Automatic Awnings (come with the following): Hooding, Hood Ends, Spring assembly with Idler, Keyway Tube, 2 x Guides, 2 x 300mm Arms, 5 sided bottom rail with end caps, 2 x U brackets and pull down ring on the bottom rail. Fixed Guide Awning Fixed Guide Awnings (come with the following): Hooding, Hood ends, Spring assembly with Idler, Keyway Tube, 2 x Fixed Guides, 2 x Fixed Guide runners, 5 sided bottom rail with end caps, 2 x 300mm L Brackets, 1 x Pulley bracket, pull down ring, Cleat & Rope. **Please inform us of the amount of rope and colour required (White or Black are available) Option: Crank($27.50) in place of a (Spring, Rope and Pulley Bracket), Pivot Pin and Plate in place of an Idler.

4 ` Spring Roller/Strap Down Awning Spring Roller Blinds/Strap Down Awnings (come with the following): Hooding, Hood ends, Spring assembly with Idler, Keyway Tube, 5 sided bottom rail with end caps, Pull down ring, 2 x 300mm Straps or Dog Clips, 2 x Strap Adaptors or Chain Adaptors and 2 x Breaching Staples. Rope and Pulley Awning Rope & Pulley Blinds - Also known as Butcher or Veranda Blinds (come with the following): 70mm Pine headboard, Pulleys, Control Rope, Bottom round tubing with end caps, 2 x Strap or Chain adaptors, 2 x 300mm Straps or Dog Clips, 2 x Breeching Staples and 1 Rope Cleat. Please mark clearly the Pulley position, including control side and whether inside or outside operation. The standard blind has a timber top rail and a metal bottom rail in pockets. If top fixing blind, 70mm must be added to drop before ordering.

5 ` Crank Op Wire Guide Awning Crank Operated Wire Guide Awnings (come with the following): 2 x SS Universal fixing brackets, Pivot pin and plate, 63mm Keyway Tube, Crank Gearbox with Idler, SS Wire Guide brackets, bushes and wire, Anodised bottom rail with wire guides, 2 x Tie down runners, 2 x SS Breeching staples and 2 x 300mm Straps. Channel Guide Spring Op with notches in channel Channel Guide Awnings (Spring op with notches in Channel) (come with the following): Hooding, Hood ends, Spring assembly with Idler, Keyway Tube, 5 sided bottom rail with plastic end caps and 2 x Side Channels and End caps.
