Thanks to the compact design and integrated control, the minidrive conveyor is the ideal solution for many applications. we provide a 2 year warranty from date of delivery available with end and center drive available in single belt o dual belt version The following chassis widths are available: 45, 60, 80, 105, and 250 mm. In spite of a compact drive unit, up to 20 kg can be transported. Modifications may be made without notice. KTB 09/2012 3

4 MINIDRIVE CONVEYOR KTB - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Minidrive Conveyor single belt KTB-K with end drive Minidrive Conveyor dual belt KTBD-K with end drive Minidrive Conveyor single belt KTB-M with center drive Minidrive Conveyor dual belt KTBD_M with center drive The belt is driven by a regulated, brushless 24 V DC motor with variable speed and selectable direction. The switchable electric motor brake is durable and considerably reduces runout of the belt when stopping. This provides many new approaches in the solution of conveying tasks. The durable and user-friendly keypad is the interface between user and minidrive conveyor. The three-digit illuminated display shows the CTUL speed of the minidrive conveyor. The intelligent control electronics regulate the belt speed independently of load. The connecting cable is included in the delivery in a length of 5 m (standard) or 10 m. 4 09/2012 KTB

6 MINIDRIVE CONVEYOR WITH END DRIVE KTB-K - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Minidrive Conveyor single belt with end drive KTB-K Minidrive Conveyor dual belt with end drive KTBD-K The drive position in the end drive is continuously pivotable through 270. t the top position, parts can be conveyed to a height of 40 mm. The maximum length is 5 m. The pulley diameter of 40 mm in the end drive is also suitable for cleated belts. The following types are available: Version L v = m/min in steps of 0.1 m/min Version S v = m/min in steps of 0.2 m/min Three modes are available to the user: utonomous mode: the conveyor is switched on and off on the keypad. External mode: the conveyor is operated directly by application of the 24 V operating voltage Control mode: two digital inputs are suitable for direct connection to a PLC, for direction and start/stop. 6 09/2012 KTB
