The KS gearboxes can be customized to fit perfectly in your application. YOU DECIDE, IT S THAT SIMPLE! It allows a high flexibility in your design: Accepting several input motors and gearmotors, with power from 20 W up to 500 W. The input shaft is normalized with 8 mm or 12 mm diameter input shaft, to use any commercial motor of gearmotor of the market. STRONG AS IT CAN BE Designed to support 60Nm and 100 Nm, these parallel shaft gearboxes are also conceived to support strong axial an radial loads of 1500 and 2000 N, depending on the version. The steel gears are treated with a case hardening treatment, high strength steel and both solutions assembled with ball bearings to obtain a better efficiency. The box is made in anodized aluminium. We offer solutions in order to create your standard references, designed upon your requirements. INPUT ADAPTATION The input shaft can be adapted to your motor or gearmotor or we can fix the motor or gearmotor directly to the gear of the KS. OUTPUT ADAPTATION In order to fix perfectly the solution to your application, the most easiest adaptation is to propose you several output shaft (front or rear shaft) with: Different dimensions, diameter and geometry to obtain more radial or axial force. Different materials or endurance, as stainless steel, or thermally treated shafts. We can fix pulleys or additional gears to the output shaft. This plate is conceived for standard market motors, in a diameter 42 mm, with fixation points at diameter 36 mm (standard holes M4), up to motors diameter 80 mm with fixation points at diameter 56 mm (with standard holes M5).
