2 Product Description This actuator possesses a hardened alloy steel spur gear which guaranties smooth movement in addition to low mechanical backlash in output shaft. The MRA 60 includes a precision reduction gear and potentiometer, electronic servo control and amplifier, all packed inside a low-weight compact high grade aluminum case. Also electric servo adapts high power density brushless DC motor instead of brushed motor as driving element to improve the working life and reliability of the product. All parts used in this actuator such as electronic parts (resistor, IC, capacitor and etc), potentiometer, motor and the connector are military grade and so have high reliability. This unit complies harsh condition requirements such as mechanical & thermal shock, salt spray, stochastic vibration, linear acceleration, thermal cycle, humidity, low & high temperature which is built to MIL-STD-810 standards.
